The material is good
The material is good, nice breathable cotton, not the usual polyester, Lycra mix that leaves you sweaty. The problem I’m having is that many of these have straps that are too long and these are too long. I use them as a sleep bra and things are not where they should be when I wake up.
More bra, less shoulder strap.

Forkert farve men hurtig løsning
Jeg bestilte nogle strømper, men fik leveret dem i en anden farve end dem vist på billedet. Jeg skrev til kundeservice, som hurtigt vendte tilbage med svar - strømperne var fra en nyere batch som endnu ikke er blevet opdateret på hjemmesiden endnu. De fik fundet nogle strømper fra tidligere batch med samme farve, som jeg ønskede, og de blev leveret enormt hurtigt. Super kundeservice som var hurtig med fejlen, og jeg kunne ikke være mere tilfreds. Strømperne (“classic sports low/cut socks”) er desuden super og har et perfekt low cut - lige til træning og hverdag.

God købsoplevelse - besværlig returnering
Fint produkt og købsoplevelse. Det er dog en omstændig proces at returnere. Man skal anmode om at returnere, hvilket ca. tager 1 dag. Derefter får du tilsendt en label på mail, som du skal printe. Ikke optimalt. Andre virksomheder sender dig bare et nummer, man skal oplyse i kiosken, og så printe de en label.

Worse than airline socks.
I bought these socks as they were advertised as long socks, and I liked the colour of the dark green ones. Unfortunately I couldn’t just order this colour and had to accept three different shades.
These socks were tighter than airline socks so I had to remove them after one hour.
Expensive socks and poor quality.
Very disappointing, and I cannot recommend them.

Socks were fine
Socks were fine, but I ordered through your website to avoid Amazon even though it was a bit more expensive. I was disappointed when the delivery came from Amazon anyway, felt like I has wasted money.

Misleading & Bad
If you're planning to purchase their socks or other products because of their "anti-hole guarantee", stay away. I bought their tennis crew socks from a third party seller, and they developed socks only after two months of light use. I messaged them about the guarantee, and they said: "To clarify, our hole-free guarantee applies exclusively to purchases made directly through our own website".
It is not explicitly stated in the public "Anti-Hole Guarantee" section of their website that third-party retailers like Zalando are excluded. EVERY single other company that promises such things keeps their promises regardless where you purchase the product.
Disappointing quality and untrustworthy policies.
