Very slow delivery

I ve order day 5 test to release, but they were soo slow so i got the test on day 7 ,doesn't matter i ve ordered my test on day 2 , i ve done the test and send it back quickly hooping i will get the results faster but seems they are slow with everything .im on my last day off self-isolating and still no answer from them.i ve paid for test to release for nothing because i couldn't stop my isolation. Don't trust them and don't waste your time with them

I have the highest praise for Dante Labs. The whole process runs like a well-oiled clock. The test arrived on time and the instructions were brilliant and easy to follow.

We used them for a day 2 return to UK test in Sep. It was a late order as we needed to have a negative lateral test before flying. The main problem was that there was quite a delay in getting the code (order ID) for the PLF. One came overnight, and the other not until later the next morning. These delays did cause some anguish, but everything else (delivery of tests, test results) went well.

So in Oct it seemed reasonable to use them again. This time the codes came immediately after ordering. The tests were delivered ok- One test result came back in a reasonable time after the receipt message. But the second didn't. Emails were initially answered with a standard statement that the sample was being tested and the result would come within 24 hours, despite it being well over the 24 hours, and then an apology from one person, but no explanation. Further emails were not answered. Sending a web form produced the same answer. After threatening to make a formal complaint, a result was sent - 5 and a half days after the receipt message. This was followed by 2 more identical result messages, and another relating to the test 4 weeks earlier!

So out of 4 tests, 1 was ok, 2 had worrying delays in giving the order ID, and 1 disappeared from the system for 5 days.

After checking, the CMA website, a press release of Sep 24 shows that there are considerable concerns about Dante Labs and CMA is starting an investigation. There is obviously some risk in using them.

I've ordered day 2 tests three times here and every time they arrive one day late. Other than that I really have nothing to complain about, in fact, the turnaround time for the test results is much faster than with other providers I've used.

I received the tests on time but I can’t seem to get the results back. I’ve emailed numerous times but with no luck. I am due to fly in a couple of hours so I will be missing my flight and losing £2280. They have advertised results in 24hrs and it has been over 48hrs since I posted the test. There is no way I can get another pcr test with results in time! I definitely don’t recommend Dante labs.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! Was not going to be allowed into the country because of their wrong reference number for the passenger locator form. Because of this, i had to pay another £125 to a different company for day 2&8 covid tests, just to get a correct reference number for my passenger locator form. Have been ‘issued’ a refund since May, but guess what, did I receive the refund? No. Have been contacted them through email for 5 months no reply backs, no telephone number to get in touch with. So hey lets try facebook, maybe i can be lucky to get in touch. This is regarding order number DANTE18474000.
They have now limited my comment on their Facebook posts, meaning i cannot comment on their posts to warn all of you!

SCAM!! They steal money and do not send tests! I ordered tests from the company for 2,5,8 days! Two weeks have passed, I have not received a single test. The 8th day test couldn't even be registered! I wrote to them many times, the message is answered automatically. Money is not returned!

It is difficult to find words to display my total distrust in this money grabbing scam of a company. Trading behind the name of 'Kurix' make no mistake both are completely incompetent. The covid tests they pretend to dispense are just a scam to take money from innocent victims who return from abroad. Don't even bother to return your day 2, or day 8 tests. You are very unlike to ever receive any results, & will be confined to your home until you pay our more money to get an honest company to fulfil your needs. Although on the government approved list there seems no way they are being regulated or checked. They must be a very rich company, basically money collectors. You can't phone them, they don't answer emails. Disgrace in every respect. 👽

If I could do 0 stars I would. Complete con. Only 1 out of 2 lat flow tests have arrived... have been contacting company for nearly a week and no response. No idea what to do now?!

Very disappointing service, I've emailed them on numerous occasions but only ever get a standard reply saying we are very busy but will get back to you soon. They don't.
I cant find a postal address to post a complaint to.

1 week on still no test results. My emails are ignored

Tests were reasonably priced, the process was not very difficult to follow through and the results certificates came back within minutes.

Impossible to get a reply from support. Day 2 tests arrived promptly but not certification code required for locator form. Link for resend doesn't work. Sent 5 emails to them, no help - just repeats we are busy. PCR test last month was fine, day 2 LF cheaper tests a waste of money. Avoid.

Bad experience.

Test results should come within 24h, this is what they said, but still after that I just waiting and waiting.
Customer service (email replies) Like auto-replies. I was expecting answer for my question, but they used those 24h like defense (even if that waiting was way longer that promised 24h) no matter what I've asked.

Very slow service , day two test came back on day 5 when I should have received test to release , lost money from work dreadful waste of time .

I've sent my Test on Thursday 6am, and today, saturday at 3pm I still don't have my results. I've got a flight to take, and I don't know if I'll be able to do it because I don't have my results yet. This is URGENT, andThey have no phone to contact them. Seriously not recommend this laboratory.

If I could put zero I would.
Tracked mail to them but they didn’t accept it into the lab for another 33 hours. Didn’t put my daughters name on the certificate although it was in the excel worksheet that they also sent me.
Had to book a test now at the airport.
Unresponsive to emails.
Phone (mobile) is switched off.
Shocking.

Dreadful. Submit your complaint to the CMA who are investigating them, they should be shut down.

Fine when the service works, terrible when it doesn't. I wasn't sent the reference number, which you need to fill out the passenger locator form, and their link to get the number doesn't work. Sadly, you can't call for customer service. They take ages to answer the email, so I had to order a test from a different site to get a reference number in time. I will never use their services again.

2x2 day tests and 1x8 day test bought. Got the codes ok, sent the tests for the 2 day off 9 days ago, still no result. Complained 4 days ago got a reply back saying the have got the sample but they have not scanned it yet, they will let us know when they do. I emailed back saying it states on their site it will be processed 24hrs after receiving not when it is scanned and asked for refund. No reply. My partner has has symptoms so had a NHS one (free) and the kit arrived next day, sent off sample, reults sent by text 24hrs later. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMERS
