This company deserves less than 1 star. Kit after kit brought because of faulty sets and no results given. They turned up late and after completing there has been no results. Feel let down by the government that they would even recommend them on the PCR test site. No way of contacting either

I submit my lab test for PCR fit to fly to post office on friday, with expecting to get my result within 24hrs, which i did not. i sent an email to comfirm wether test have been recieved on sunday which was confirmed to me on Sunday that the result will be ready within 24hrs. on Monday afternoon i resend another email and i was told the the lab is analyzing my test and it will takes hours.
My flight was on Monday 10pm, i was at the email waiting until the boarding close, then i received an old test 2 result which i did 2 weeks.
Now i missed my flight from London to my destination, as i bought my ticket from travel agent i have to pay extra charges to rebook another sit, in addition to that i have change my last connection flight to my final destination. i had a urgent meeting today but i loose everything plus inconveniences, i feel sad with the terrible situation i found myself from Dante Lab , i really regretted on that

We ordered Day 2 tests for both of us. We postred the tests on wednesday evening and I received my result during Saturday night. It is now Tuesday and my wife has not received her result yet.
Imagine if she is Positive! She would have been spreading the virus for the last 6 days :-(
I would avoid this company as they do not comply to their part of the deal.

2 samples sent back at same time. One results as per advertised so good. The second set took 3 days and after email to ask what was happening.

Very very bad.
Results take 5-7 days.
No contact, no help

Awful company a week later and still not result received. Do not use!

I also had s positive experience! Bought two sets of 2nd and 8th day PCRs and they were promptly received. Easy to use them and register online and received results promptly too.
I'm very surprised to see so many negative reviews!!

My experience of Dante Labs has been excellent. I ordered two day 2 and 8 for a couple visiting me from a country where vaccination status is not currently accepted here and another day two for my sister visiting me from USA and all 5 tests were processed within 2 days of posting them. Can’t fault the service

Totally rubbish, No support whatsoever.

Vague responses to my emails and nothing but signposting when the system is NOTHING but circular. No helpline to speak to an actual person either. Scammers.

Worst experience ever.
Had to miss our flights due to delayed test reports infact 2 reports still pending and more than 48hours have already passed
Emotional as well as financial loss as we had to visit our aged sick parents
Would never recommend this lab
Wish had the option to give no stars
Given one star as they replied to our emails to update us that sorting and scanning of samples hasn't even started.

Pleasantly surprised with experience given negative reviews. Ordered as they were the cheapest option for Day 2 PCR tests. Reference number email received immediately, box arrived on day we selected, and results back within 36 hours!

I order a day 2 FLD test and still waiting for the reference number needed for the government passenger locator form. My flight is in less than 12 hours and there’s no phone number to contact them. This is a SCAM

Being honest was a bit worried about the negative reviews of this Company but they were recommended by friends so decided to chose them. They were helpful, efficient and reliable from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

bought 3 kits and sent 3 kits back but have only had 2 results back ,i have sent many requests for the third test results but no joy so far...i've done what the rules required but what can you do when this outfit makes a cock up....

Sent for 2nd day covid test to be delivered for my return from holiday. It was there, did the test, put in special post box which were plentiful to where i live in Belfast. Posted Thursday got email Friday to say they recieved sample. Results Saturday. Excelled service. Could thoroughly recommend Dante Labs. Joanna Reynolds Belfast bt146td

Avoid! Say no more!

We ordered for to fly and 2 day test kits. We had to change the fit to fly tests as we couldn’t guarantee we would get the results in time. Contacted Dante Labs a couple of days after placing the order, and well within the 14 day cooling off period. It took us two months to get a refund. And that was only after we threatened trading standards.

The results we received from the 2 day tests were useless. One came back without any of details included despite filling all the forms in. So a 50% success rate. It made us doubly glad we didn’t use them for fit to fly in the end.

Terrible customer service. And terrible service full stop. Avoid. If you can, use testing at the airport itself.

Test kit (for day2, day 5 and day 8) arrived on day 5
Day 5 "EARLY RELEASE" test sent on day 5....here we are...day 7 and still no comms and therefore still in quarantine. Unacceptable. Require a refund so far for DAY 5 early release as you have not supplied the service paid for

I ordered 3 fit to fly tests from this company, which I received within 24/48 hours. I never received an email with a link that is required to register each kit with each passenger. The company doesn't have a phone number, so 2 days before my flight, I have emailed them 4/5 times and I have additionally used the retrieve page on their website to get the email that never arrived. The situation was so stressful as the last thing I needed was to risk not getting on the plane. The "customer service" was absolutely unhelpful and after a couple of useless emails they stopped helping altogether leaving me with a flight in 24 hours and no ability to take the tests. Eventually I had to cancel some work appointments in order to take the tests in a proper testing centre. I have requested a refund and I am in the process of waiting on a response.
This is a proper scam, absolutely shameful and terrible that a company sells a service that they are actually unable to provide. Also emotionally draining when you have to board a plane and are racing against time. Terrible.
