Marisa was absolutely amazing she is so understanding and really went above and beyond to help me to find the absolute perfect property that I required. She was my very own Kirsty from location location location channel 4 TV programme She supported me through every part of the finding a property and securing it. Marisa then passed the onward buying processing to Claire. Again Claire went above and beyond and kept me fulling informed in the onward purchase. Claire is fantastic and really puts herself in your shoes and chases solicitors etc to keep everything all on track. We recently sold our home with Dan Thomas and there was something about them and that gut feeling telling us to pick them when to help us sell our home. We glad we did, the journey was a bit bumpy but their approach is different in a very positive way!!! We felt like we were part of a great team, they kept us posted, dealt with questions from solicitors and others within the chain, they have a great mindset and the team is always happy to help or assist you when necessary! My co-Trustee and I sold a rather unusual property and Dan Thomas and his team handled the sale for us. I was very impressed by Dan who saw the house before it was marketed and gave his honest opinion about the marketing strategy he would suggest, which turned out to be an excellent strategy resulting in several offers being made soon after the property went on the market.

Dan Thomas & Co are friendly but very professional. They stand out from other estate agents I have dealt with - I particularly liked the lack of a 'hard sell' at the outset and their enthusiasm throughout.

They are a lot more proactive than most agents I have dealt with, and helped move things along when there was some delay in proceeding to exchange of contracts with the first offer we accepted subject to contract. It was of particular concern to us to avoid delays as we were selling the property as trustees.

Dan's team worked efficiently and seemlessly, and their was always someone available to deal with anything pressing that arose on any given day. Lorraine and Claire in particular were incredibly supportive and helpful during the sale.

Absolutely amazing!! From start to finish the entire team at Dan Thomas&Co have been brilliant.
