I ordered two advent calendars on…

I ordered two advent calendars on 04.11.25. Shipping update email was sent to say it was at customs. Then 2 days later Tracking says it was delivered. It was not delivered. I have requested a refund. Extremely disappointed. I will pursue this company through Trading Standards.

Avoid this company like the plague…

Avoid this company like the plague they’re possibly fraudulent,
I ordered a perfume advent calendar as a gift on
2nd November 2025 and they said it will arrive within 8 working days, its now over a month later and I still haven’t received it despite it stating on the shop app as being delivered on the 2nd December 2025, they gave me updates via tracking but since the 2nd of December they stopped responding to emails.
I’m very disappointed and I will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered perfume advent calendar on 7th…

Ordered perfume advent calendar on 7th November had email confirmation of order and when it was dispatched, confirmation this morning it had been delivered.... NO DELIVERY HAS BEEN MADE!! tried to log on to the company as i have previously, no luck. AVOID AVOID SCAM THROUGH TIK TOK SHOP.

Avoid this company at all cost

I purchased 2 perfume advent calander on 4th November. About 2 weeks later emailed the seller who responded reassuring me the parcels are on there way then today 3/12/25 I recieved a notification my parcel has been delivered i was so relieved to then get home to no parcels.I am truly upset as my daughters now have no advent calendar to open and im out of pocket by over £70.

Ordered scent advent calendar on the 14th November and still haven’t received. No history of order on TikTok shop where I ordered it although I have an email confirming order! TikTok scam.. how is this allowed to happen! 😢

placed an order for viral advent calendar. This company took the payment but never sent out the confirmation email/receipt etc. have tried to contact them but no reply it has been over 2 weeks still no sign of it coming!
