Ordered 29th Aug says despatched 31st August and still no sign of my order !!! Did require the items before a holiday ... very disappointing, will use other equestrian suppliers in future

Ordering was easy but delivery not so much
Ordering was easy, however there isn't much traction on the delivery. Dark Horse says order dispatched bit Royal Mail show they expect the order from seller still.

Great products but slow delivery
I always love the products when I get them however, I still havent received my order. Standard delivery states dispatch within 2-3 working days with 48hr delivery by RM on the website. Order placed 9th Aug and its now the 17th. Hopefully, it will arrive today. Basically, a good product company but with slow delivery hence the 3 stars.

All of our exercise sheets are made to order, and our listing advises customers to allow up to 7 working days for dispatch. Your order was dispatched on Friday and should be with you shortly.
We do apologise for the longer processing time. We are currently working with a reduced number of seamstresses, which has unfortunately affected our usual turnaround times. We appreciate your patience and hope you’re pleased with your exercise sheets once they arrive.
Red tartan saddle pad
At last, Dark Horse Equestrian saddle pads are back. Red tartan is lovely, vibrant, and good quality fabrics used! Can't wait to make my horse look fabulous in tartan!

Quick dispatch & delivery. I had to exchange a couple of items & I was very impressed on how quickly this was done.

Good quality clothing
Good quality clothing from Dark horse…always happy with the quality and fit of their clothing…I’ve ordered quite a few stuff from here! The only thing I’d say negative is the postage is a bit slow after ordering but that’s it m! Overall happy and rated 5 stars for this company.
