Great site if you care about fast no BS wait times.Verification was a relative breeze and the support team is actually on the ball when you need a REDEMPTION pushed through! Verification process was hectic at first but my was verified after contacting CS via emails which was great and I was able to redeem my first redemption which took about 48 hours. But today I was opening the app and it kept SAYING GAME DENIED .. i refreshed my page and I clear all the history and website date but still didn’t work ,keep saying the same thing even thought my location is MAssachusetts which allow social casinos. I think they just done wann give my second redemption that I requested..😔😔

No CSRs. Only made one visit and made in the neighborhood of 400+ spins in one game, without hitting a bonus. Cold streaks happen, so I don't begrudge that, however when I tried to reach an agent their system told me an agent wasn't available when I tried to reach one, after it initially told me one would be available. One of the things I look for before I play is a 24/7 live agent in the event there is an issue. To be told they were offline when you have just spent a decent amount of time playing is a deal breaker for me. With the growing issue of new sweeps casinos running scams if I can't reach someone when I am playing and looking for assistance, it doesn't give me much confidence should I ever have a redemption.

I think Daruma is a good social casino. I joined, purchased a $10 gold coin packaged, and put in a redemption for $250. I put in another redemption of $100 today. I was having problems with my verification. I emailed them and they got back with me in less than 2 minutes. Noah explained to me what I can do in order to verify myself. So it qas a 4 star but a revision is needed. It does have daily rewards, its in the form of free spins literally1 fs worth .10. First redemption went through quickly and smoothly. Clean interface and no problems so far.

I hit very well off the welcome packs, and found myself unable to redeem despite KYC verification being successful. After contacting support, they were quick to respond and help me get the rest of my verification sorted so I could submit my redemption request which is now pending for approval.
