I ordered the dash cover and when recieved and installed, it fit poorly and the cover appearance was unacceptable. No problem... Will return it. No dice. Despite.explicitly stating in their policy there was.a.restocking fee and I would have pay return shipping. OK, so took 5 photos and sent them in only to be told that I needed to "adjust it". That did not improve the function or appearance. One vent cover was partially blocked and the cover did not neatly fit over the dash, almost like I cut a towel and laid it out. My return was unequicably denied. With shipping and all, nearly out $100.

I do not trust this company.

Terrible product. Rude customer service. Cover didn’t fit at all and was beyond cheap

I ordered and received a dash cover for my 2022 Hyundia Santa Fe. It came in and did not fit correctly. I contacted the company and was give a wait for us to remeasure and it was like this a few times. Still have a poor fitting cover at retail price. I should have returned it right away and got a refund vice the wait for us emails and never received a proper fitting dash cover.

I ordered a carpeted dash cover from DashCare by Seatz Mfg, and it had hard creases in it. I contacted them and sent detailed pictures. They’re response was to send me a link on how to install it. It was very poor quality and could not get the hard creases out of the dash pad. It’s stiff like cardboard! absolute waste of money…
I'd also add...they say you can't install on a dash that has been treated with any protectant (Armour All, 303, turtle wax, etc.) this is only mentioned in the installation instructions that come with the stiff, cheap cover (this is nothing like a carpet...more like cardboard), that comes stuffed in a small box. So unless you've owned the car since new, and never treated your dash, the velcro won't stick! Please save yourself the head ache and hassle of dealing with these clowns because once you order it, they will not stand behind it….they make you pay, original shipping, return shipping, AND a restocking fee…so you’re better off throwing it in the trash! And that is where it belongs.
