Well I gave them a ton of…
Well I gave them a ton of information...I thought IBV was supposed to be used to cut through sending document after document. ..but i obliged...then after being asked for paystubs and walking all the way to work to retrieve them just for them to deny based on credit criteria....waste of time.

Twice what these bozos offered me!

This company sucks. They felt the need to email me 7 times telling me I was denied, for 1 loan .After I spoke to an agent as a mother.. a single mother and she said she would do everything she could to help me and my disabled young child. F them

We want to clarify that our system may send multiple notifications regarding an application to ensure applicants are kept updated at every stage, which may have resulted in several emails being sent.
While our team strives to assist every applicant with care and respect, all applications are still subject to our approval criteria, and unfortunately not all can be approved.

I applied for a loan and was denied. That’s cool. But do they have to send me multiple messages telling me I’m denied and to use a different bank account. I’m a man they call me Mrs. Ask me for more information after I was denied. Pathetic.
