We worked with the DataOx team on a complex internal project that involved building a custom software solution with Slack Bot integration, sophisticated server-side logic, and automated API workflows. The system needed to fetch, process, and store data in an intermediate database, and—only if specific conditions were met—push that data through additional APIs to our target software. It was no small task.

So far, everything is running flawlessly, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. Their communication was consistently sharp, fast, and proactive—so fast, in fact, we sometimes had to catch up with them! Whether it was refining a feature, squashing a bug, or adjusting requirements on the fly, the team was always on it.

We had an amazing experience working with DataOx on a project that required some AI expertise. They really know their stuff when it comes to AI and were super helpful at every step. They had some challenges because of specific and new tools we requested them to use but they handled it gracefully.

Vladislav and his team at Dataox have been the best agency I have worked with so far. They perform well relative to other teams I have worked with in multiple ways. They picked up the original project specifications quickly and are highly fluent in English. They are able to work towards creative solutions without my needing to over-supervise. They provided detailed updates and highlighted questions/blockers as they came up to keep us on schedule. When something was confusing or had multiple possible paths forward, they came to me for guidance and good judgment. They were transparent in code commits and hours worked. I always felt like we were moving forward at a good pace and I look forward to working with Dataox again in future projects.
