Mary Jane Lopez was at it again - giving the best and most supportive customer assistance possible. She helped me navigate a complex technical issue with my independent publisher, and stood with me until it was resolved. And, it was resolved, because Jannie had presented the correct information and guidance. Grateful for her always-there, beyond the sale, customer support.

I had problems with the file DCL supplied, but they were not DCL's fault. The software of the distributor I was uploading to rejected the file. In the end, I tried one last time, and the software accepted the exact same file.
Given that experience, I learned a lot about DCL's product support. It was WONDERFUL! My questions were answered very quickly - usually within a couple of hours. DCL tested and retested the file to make sure it was up to standards. The experience was very enlightening.
I recommend Data Conversion Laboratory with no reservation. I am glad I had this experience.

I had a book published through a publisher in 1988 after it went out of print and the publisher closed her business she recommended I self publish and put it out as an ebook. I have to tell you I am not a tech person at all. I still struggle opening attachments to emails. I can’t remember how I discovered Data Conversion Labs... it must have been Devine intervention! But Mary Jane Lopez took on the assignment and my book Was republished with her guidance and the folks at Kindle, IBooks and Nook it became a reality. Now here we are in 2020. My second book which is a continuation of the first is about to be published. It was so comforting to have Mary there to help me again. Of course I have forgotten everything as it’s been 7 years since that last publication. She is the most patient, helpful and caring person. I still am not at all techy and she walked me through everything. I definitely recommend Data Conversion Labs.

I've used DCL to convert book files to epub and mobi for years now. They are wonderful to deal with, and the service is always quick and well-priced. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I am pretty new to SPL's and working with Howard and Sergey, I learned so much information. They were patient and very informative. DCL does a terrific job wrangling our difficult-to-standardize publication into a usable XML format for upload into a searchable database used across our enterprise. They are very responsive in fixing small glitches that inevitably happen, mostly due to publication complexity at our end. The resulting database has become "mission critical" for our organization, so we are glad we can count on DCL for quality and timeliness. They are truly top-notch.

DCL did a great job in hosting the DITA Day event. Marianne and Brian were excellent moderators who made it easy to follow the discussions and learn the different perspectives of the speakers.

This is the third book that DCL converted for me into an eBook and I'm fully satisfied with the result. Excellent service, they were very flexible to last minute requests & changes... I recommend 100%.

Large pdf to xml conversion project handled by DCL. DCL converted 44 complex book chapters to our required xml format in a timely manner with very few corrections needed. This is indicative of the way DCL works, their team processes content in a structured format that imports cleanly and gives the intended results. They work on a clearly defined schedule and deliver files when promised. I recommend DCL to anyone who works on the Silverchair platform as a good industry partner who understands the needs of the customer.
