I had to contact support once because something wasn’t working correctly. I waited longer than I expected for a reply and thought maybe it got lost. But when they finally responded, they actually fixed the issue and explained what happened. So yeah, response time could be faster, but at least the support team does their job when they answer. Datingarts support is slow but useful

The limited amount of words you can write added to the cost of two credits per minute while texting adds up quickly without really getting any value. Everything is monetized. To open a photo is free, every additional one is 50 credits? To read a mail and to send a mail is 10 to 40 credits. One hour of talking and looking at sent photos and you've used 1000 credits, costing $300 US!
I have been on other sites that give you 500 letters and 5 credits a text instead of ten or forty! Im in the wrong business!
