I was disappointed the umbrella didn't have a push button open. I just expected it for $100. You need two hands to get out of the car in driving rainstorm. Disappointed.

You can immediately tell this is made with high-grade materials and with a level of precision well above your big box store umbrellas. The carry case fits nicely and the coverage is perfect for how compact the overall design is. I’m actually looking forward to the next time it rains!

I had to replace the Mini using the lost option included when I purchased the mini originally. Of course after I got the replacement I found the other one ! ...Now I have two to keep handy....It's a great mini umbrella that is no frills and you can keep with you in a purse, backpack, tucked in the glove box of the car. It is mini so don't expect too much coverage, but it's enough when you need it

La qualité est honteuse pour le prix!! c’est une véritable arnaque à mon sens. Deux utilisations, et le parapluie est cassé! Et pourtant j’ai acheté deux modèles différents ( le mini et un moyen)
Les deux sont cassés et a la poubelle apres respectivement 2 et 3 utilisation pour chacun!
Adaptez vos prix, sinon c’est de l’arnaque !

Although I prefer automatic umbrellas, I chose this one due to the small size.

Sometimes you learn a lot about companies when things don’t go as planned. I had a defect in the umbrella sleeve of a recently purchased mini umbrella. I contacted customer support and the initial response was not as expected, pretty much instructing me to buy a replacement sleeve. But upon hearing that was my experience, Davek and specifically Allison at Davek, reached out and said wait, that is not the experience we want our customers to have. She corrected it within minutes and I have a replacement sleeve enroute to me without me having to purchase it. It’s moments like this that build brand loyalty and give confidence that the company does care about the customer experience. I’ve purchased two other mini umbrellas from them, this experience could have ended further purchases or make me committed to all future umbrella purchases to be directed to Davek. Thank you for caring about the customer journey.

Beautiful, well engineered umbrella. Sadly, mine arrived with a small scuff on the activation switch. A small detail, but one I'll notice every time I use it! Otherwise, would have been 5 stars.

Our solo umbrella had a mishap and broke. We got out our warranty cards, filled in the blanks, a week ago today. In my hand is the new one. Couldn't be easier I'm so glad we chose Davek.
