Popped in to the shop to enquire about some work on my Rifle. Spoke with their head technician who was very informative and helped me pick my upgrade Package. Lead time compared to other places is really good and communication was spot on the whole way through the process.

After upgrades the rifle is insane, the response, range and fire rate are all wayyyy higher. They've completely transformed the whole rifle in to something flawless.
It doesn't even need to be an expensive rifle. As they told me, even a £250 rifle with £250 worth of upgrades will out perform most if not all £500 rifles out of the box.

100% recommend these guys for purchasing your first rifle or upgrading your current.

Bad service, bad comms, and liars too
Ordered a gearbox, which supposedly was a 14-16 day delivery, supposedly got "stuck in customs", rang to chase and spoke to someone who clearly couldn't care less, and to top it off eventually after almost 4 weeks got an update email to say it had been dispatched to me but suspiciously the tracking number wasn't recognised, turns out that was because it didn't actually get dispatched to me until 3 days later... will NOT be ordering from this company again

I ordered a WADSN weapon light, which had "IR function". After receiving the item and testing it under NVG it was clear this did not have an IR function.

I called the shop and spoke to the manager Sam and arranged to return this. I unfortunately missed the courier collection, so called and was told that if I returned the item I would be reimbursed for the postage. So I posted the following days later 16/02/23 and provided proof of postage.

This was delivered into the shop 17/02/23.

On the 23/02/23 I contacted the shop as I was refunded £86.55, only issue being my order came to £87.98 not including the return postage.

I contacted Sam who replied and told me "The total for the original payment has been refunded"

I then had to screen shot the order confirmation to show that this wasn't the case. I was then refunded the difference, but received no apology at all for this. Which I thought was pretty poor.

A week later after all of this and I am still waiting for my postage to be reimbursed because they are waiting for Dave to come into the shop to do this via paypal.

I myself work in the airsoft trade and this is without a shadow of a doubt the worst customer service I have experienced.

No customer should ever have to provide evidence to a shop manager to highlight why the amount refunded doesn't match the order total.

Only given them one star as you cant give a 0% rating.

So I received comms from Dave today.

The saga continues….

Apparently they “don’t refund PayPal fees”, so essentially that means if you pay through PayPal then you’re going to be out of pocket, even if you return it straight away.

I’ve never ordered from a shop that doesn't refund PayPal fees??

“ With regards the postage, my staff tell me we requested a postage receipt (Which is normally required to refund postage) but this was not received.”

That awkward moment you attach a screen shot of the email with the photo of proof of postage which is showing as delivered.

Just goes to show the integrity DCA and the “staff” that work there.

Avoid them.

Luckily DCA is just down the road , so able to go in and speak to the very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of kit and comes into stock fast if not on the shelf

Ordered some stuff off the website and had the long waiting time of 14-16 days delivery. I sent them an email asking if I could get what was available delivered first (as i am impatient) and pay extra for delivery for the rest when it arrives. they happily agreed and i couldn't be more grateful excellent customer service. and will definitely be shopping here again

I have short every kind of gun you can imagine over the years in various competitive, and other circumstances.

My current hobby of upgrading and customising my collection of 4.5mm 'Hardair' guns requires good quality components from a reputable and reliable source.

That source is DCA; they have fulfilled my first order quickly and their customer service is exemplary.

I heartily recommend DCA to my fellow gunners of whatever ilk.

If you have any interest in airsoft at all then there’s simply no better place to go. These guys are incredibly knowledgeable, informative and most importantly friendly. I’ve been sending them various bits and bobs over the years and every crazy idea I’ve come up with they’ve managed to create no problems. 10/10 my go to. Olli who works there is also a top guy!

Iv used Dave 2 times, first to upgrade my TM 416d and again to service it.
Excellent service, price and lead time.

Super fast service, really good communication, had everything I needed in stock and got a little treat within my package. I'll definitely be using Dave's custom airsoft again! 👍
