David Luke grew out of a small company that supplied childrenswear in the North West of England. A spark for inventiveness saw our founding partners David Burgess and Adrian Luke expand into the school uniform market where they have innovated some of the most iconic products our children now count as uniform essentials. Over the years, our business has demonstrated a progressive and highly respected reputation for innovation in sustainability. We were the first to develop recycled polyester yarn from plastic bottles which we used to make blazers. Making this switch has enabled us to prevent 34 million plastic bottles from going into landfill which we can verify through our SCS Accreditation and love to tell all our friends about. Our mission is not just to succeed in the school uniform market, we aim to lead it towards a more ethical future. One where materials are responsibly sourced, communities fairly treated and people care enough to make conscious decisions about how they purchase school uniform. We’re part of the Ethical Trading Initiative to make sure we do just that. Today we are one of the biggest school uniform brands in the UK. We are a champion of independent retail.

Good Produc with Great Service
Good range of extra long trousers for a tall teenager. The trousers are smart, easy to care for and reasonably priced.
Delivery was faster than expected, so an all round great service.

Unfortunately I am still awaiting…
Unfortunately I am still awaiting delivery despite courier parking up the road from me and taking a picture of my house with door open so can see we are home. He put attempted delivery which he did not. Raised a query with evri they say parcel missed courier collection so why he was near my house they don’t seem to want to answer. Now it seems they have lost the parcel.
May I suggest you use different delivery company as this reflects on you. I will give review if I ever receive goods

Great customer experience unlike another school wear supplier that I had to order from. They said their item was in stock when I ordered 3rd week in July. But it wasn’t and they couldn’t tell me when it would be available or if I was going to receive it before September. David Luke’s items were in stock and quickly delivered plus the quality was excellent

Great product & great service …
They have much better qualities than the others in the market. We can choose the west and leg sizes the way we need. I must mention their excellent costumer service. They saved my life with their speedy delivery.

School trousers
Last minute emergency david luke sorted out the proper fitting trousers for one of our sons at short notice and they arrived just the days before school . Really impressed with the turnaround

I didn’t get the school trousers on…
I didn’t get the school trousers on time (the timeframe was stated on the website) so my son need to go to school with old short trousers on while waiting for the new ones to be delivered.
