Her wealth of knowledge of the area, what and what did not need to be done to make my house ready for the market made my sale seamless. Paige was wonderful to work with and made our rental house hunt so easy. She was always available to chat about different houses and check them out for us. We were moving to Texas from out of state and did not have any time to visit The Woodlands and see the homes in person. We thought we would have to rely on photos until we found Paige! She checked on all of the homes we were interested in to find out availability, if they were any pending applications, and what the pet requirements were. She also made several trips to different houses we were interested to takes videos of the property since we couldn’t see them ourselves. Once we finally found the perfect house, she made the application process so easy and smooth and we had our signed lease in no time!
