Received wrong cheap substitute the company does not address the issue of sending the wrong product but keeps reiterating the product was delivered
I ordered earbuds (IPX5 Waterproof) on sale for 32.99 US dollars and received an order confirmation on June 22, 2025. I continued to receive emails from dawndomain support regarding the shipment of the product that it was being shipped from the United States. However on June 27, I received notice from my local postoffice I was receiving a package being shipped from China. I was confused as I had not ordered any items that were being shipped from China. The shipment details I received from dawndomain support stated that the product was being shipped from the USA namely from Sante Fe and was in transit in Lafayette and as of June 30 was at the customs of the United States. On July 1, the update was the product was delivered!!
I have been communicating with dawndomain support and it was this email that was sending updates with the title - Your parcel's status has updated showing that the parcel was being shipped from the USA not China.
To add insult to injury, the product I received on July 1 was not an IPX5 waterproof but an ordinary earbuds GT280 wireless headphone.
I emailed Dawndomain customer service 3 times since receiving the product and have received the same standard reply that I had received the product and if I had any complaints to send pictures which I have done 3 times.
The earbuds I received are cheap, large and not compatible with my IPHONE which their website said at the time I ordered that the product was compatible with IPHONE. I can't get the earbuds to even stay on my ear as they are humongous.
To make matters worse, when I go on dawndomain.com website now, I cannot find any product for earbuds!!!
Now the company is claiming I have received the product but it was shipped from China not the USA!!!
Based on my experience I do not trust the emails about shipment from dawndomain. How can a product shipped from the United States arrive from China???

Dawndomain support is offering a measely 6 dollars as compensation and insisting I received the correct product which I did not. Now Dawndomain is claiming that the product was shipped from China after informing me via email that it was shipped from the USA In my experience this company is not reliable.
