Huge scam, I feel like a moron

I ordered a makeup bag with express shipping (3-7 days) on december 12th, have e-mailed the company multiple times since then (as it is now january 6th and i still have not received the item) and have received nothing but automated messages, tracking sometimes says unavailable, sometimes says it hasn’t left china. just ordered the same bag off amazon for a third of the price and an eighth of the shipping time. negative 10/5 stars

Dawnegy is a scam

Dawnegy is a scam! Ordered several Christmas gifts in late November that never arrived. They keep telling me in broken English via email to “check with families and neighbors to see if someone else signed for it as the package was delivered,” but I never received anything and they are unable to produce any proof (photo of delivery or signature confirmation) that the package arrived. They are telling me someone else signed for it, but cannot tell me who did?? SCAM! Stay away from Dawnegy!!!

Blamed carrier

Paid for item a month later I emailed them and somehow by coincidence it was supposed to be arriving on the day after I contacted them. The item never arrived and they claim the delivery carrier is now at fault. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY..!

Scam Alert

Scam Alert!
Purchased a drawstring makeup bag as a Christmas gift. It didn’t show until after Christmas. Then I get it and it’s absolutely garbage fabric and not at all like the video I watched before purchase. Customer support is clearly in China as they only respond overnight. After corresponding back n forth 4-5 times they offer me 2USD to keep the $25 pos.
