Excellent delivery service. Josh kept us informed when his vehicle broke down but still managed to deliver only 25 minutes later than specified time. Josh also followed our instructions, as we were out and everything was stacked neatly and out of sight.

I asked for delivery to my work address , but unfortunately, the time slot was out of company hours.
I emailed the company and they were so helpful ,letting me meet the driver next day.

The driver let me know when to expect todays delivery beforehand, and delivered on time this morning. He was careful not to disturb anyone whilst unloading as it was still dark, and also wet and windy. The items were left tidily and in a safe, sheltered place. Overall an excellent service.

Was very happy with the service I received. Weather had been really bad so I wasn't expecting my shed delivery until the following Monday, but arrived Saturday evening. By the time I realized the driver was there he had unloaded the shed and placed it securely by the house. Driver said he didn't want to disturb me as it was later in the evening. 5 stars great service.

I want to mention that Edson the delivery driver great. He was polite, courteous to my neighbour due to where the van had to park ( on my instructions) and had a sense of humour
We need more polite drivers like him especially on a Friday after 4pm!!!!
Please pass on this feedback to him.

Ordered a wooden garden arch, and this company delivered the arch. Communication was outstanding. The driver got in touch the day before to tell us he would be here very early, and did we have any special instructions to help with delivery. We let him know what would probably be the best way forward, and the driver followed the advice, was very quiet, and I am sorry we missed him, we were up, and I believe he came quite a distance so was going to offer him a cup of tea after his journey. But the delivery was so efficient, quiet, we didn’t get to see him, but would like to say a big thankyou for a job well done. The arch was delivered in excellent condition, and left safely at our premises. Delivery was also a day earlier than expected, which was fine for us, especially after a few weeks of missing, overdue deliveries from another source, this delivery was noticeably 200%.

I recently ordered a triple bin store through cannockchasegarden.com which I am over the moon with. The quality is fantastic and looks perfect.
Most of all I was really impressed with the delivery service . They were quick to contact me upon placing my order and were prompt with delivery. The driver called me when he was on his way and carried it into my garage for me as requested. Genuinely couldn’t fault the service.

Gave them instructions where to leave the package as I was out and then forgot to unlock the gate for them. But they used their initiative and left it safely elsewhere. Thank you. Couldn't be happier.

We moved house using DB and what a fantastic experience! All drivers turned up as scheduled and were polite, friendly and very hard working.
Once at the other end there were ready to unload and put everything where we wanted. I can’t fault them and took a lot of stress of my partner & I.
