I ordered a vps for webhosting and i hadn't any problems..

What an amazing hosting company! The fact that I ordered my server and got it 2 minutes later is so, so good and they set me up with a free advanced website, just because they are nice people. The support is amazing on the site and it doesn't matter when you need help because it is always there.They have unbeatable prices too and I feel so confident in DBM that I have already shut down my old server host because I know that they will do me proud. I highly recommend you try DBM because i know that you will come out with a smile! :)

I've been browsing around for a new host for my server. Old host was fine, but the support was fairly slow and knowledge base was somewhat lacking and as a newbie I felt I needed much more proactive and responsive support. The move was made more urgent when my server crashed and players were asking when it would come back up.

Obviously then, priority was support. Followed by pricing. I checked out various hosts here, and was very surprised to see despite touting 24/7 support, upon visiting the website live support was offline. Those that didn't offer that support had limited hours or required extra fees. dbmhosting was actually the first host I came across whose support was actually online and didn't charge me a cent.

Brandon was exceptionally helpful when answering my questions, ranging from how to port over my existing world from my old server to resolving the crash that prompted the move (and very reasonably explained that the company will work to help you solve the issue instead of fixing it for you, letting you gain experience in actually managing your server). On top of that, a discount coupon was also offered when I asked if there were any promos going on :P

Also something I should note: when uploading my files, the transfer speeds were actually much higher than my previous host so that was a pleasant surprise.

Server was available immediately upon payment and all in all, everything is A+ so far!

Kickass hosting site with kickass uptime. DBMHosting is my go-to for Minecraft hosting. I used to use another provider, and they're alright, but DBM is just better.

Knowing this owner personally, he knows how to run a business, and even runs his own servers within DMB Hosting for him and his friends, so he has friends who can quickly tell him when something is up with the host. I've never seen downtime from this host, and would recommend it to anyone who needs a new server host

A great company. very fast to fix any issues and very quick responses. price range is excellent in all of there services also are happy to show the data center for peace of mind.
Also after talking to them they gave me a small trail server for free and it is amazingly easy to use.
would 100% recommend them
