Nachdem DCI durch Trustpilot meine erste schlechte Bewertung entfernen ließ, wie viele andere sicher auch, versuche ich es nochmal. Trustpilot verlangte von mir einen Beweis dass ich dort war. Habe eine Rechnung per Email verschickt, an 2 verschiedene Adressen. Beide kamen zurück mit dem Vermerk dass die Emails nicht in Gebrauch wären.
Diesmal in Kurzform. Der 1. Preis waren 6.100 Euro. Noch zuhause wurde erhöht auf 8.800 Euro und bei Ankunft in der Klinik waren es plötzlich, ohne dass jemand in meinen Mund geschaut hatte, 10.345 Euro, zum Schluss waren es dann 12.700 Euro, den Restbetrag musste ich bezahlen bevor die Zähne fertiggestellt waren.
Das Provisorium war so winzig dass man beim Lachen den nackten Kiefer sah und nur Suppe und Brei essen konnte. 4 Monate lang. Zudem war am oberen Teil ein Stück des Provisoriums ausgebrochen, am unteren Teil fehlte ein Teil des falschen Zahnfleischs sodass sich dort Taschen gebildet hatten, in denen sich Essensreste sammelten. An meinem endgültigen Gebiss fehlen hinten jeweils 2, also insgesamt 8 Zähne, was das Kauen sehr erschwert.
Also, jede andere Klinik ist besser, nicht von den schönen Bildern blenden lassen.

It’s services start from consultation, transport from first arrival to airport to the hotel which included to the package and free transport during treatment to clinic.
Also the dedicated professional qualified staff who provides high level service.

I strongly DO NOT recommend this clinic.
I paid a €150 deposit during a consultation in Cork (Maldron Hotel). After that, all communication completely stopped. It has been over a month and no one has contacted me – no treatment plan, no updates, absolutely nothing.
Due to the complete lack of communication, I was forced to withdraw from their services. Despite this, the clinic refuses to refund the deposit, claiming it is “non-refundable”, even though the situation is entirely caused by their lack of response and follow-up.
This gives the impression that their priority is to collect money rather than provide proper patient care.
Additionally, their prices are extremely high compared to other clinics offering similar services.
Very unprofessional, poor communication, and no respect for the customer.
I strongly advise others to be cautious before making any payment.

The clinic’s response is misleading.

I was never contacted directly despite being told I would be. I made multiple attempts to reach you (email, WhatsApp), and received no response.

The fact that I had to search for contact details myself only proves the lack of proper communication on your side.

This is not a misunderstanding — this is negligence.

Additionally, I am still waiting for clarification on how my personal data was obtained by another clinic.

Сегодня закончил лечение. У меня было 2 визита. В первом я сделал импланты. Во втором обрёл наконец прекрасную, белоснежную улыбку. Очень доволен результатом. Хотя пока чувствую себя непривычно с новыми зубами, но я уверен, что вскоре адаптируюсь. Огромное спасибо прекрасным девушкам, работающим в клинике за тепло и заботу.

Приехал в DCI за новой улыбкой. Меня встретили в аеропорту, заселилили в отель, находящийся рядом с клиникой. На следующий день меня прекрасно встретили в клинике, прошел консультацию. Персонал был очень приветлив. Координаторы помогали мне с переводом и сопровождали на всех этапах лечения, за что я им очень благодарен. На следующий день мне поставили импланты, провели все необхожимые хирургические процедуры. Я проходил лечение с применением седации, т.к немного нервничал. Операция прошла быстро и легко. Мне сделали временные зубы. С нетерпение жду второго визита)

Je suis revenue hier après un séjour de 7 jours à Antalya ,les frais d'hôtel payés par DCI.je me suis fait refaire les dents avec 2 implants à un coup abordable ,car très cher en Allemagne où je reside. Un tranport VIP mise à ma disposition pour mes aller-retours à la clinique ainsi que l'aéroprt.j'avais été au petit soin par la très belle Lena Mia qui était disponible quelque soit le moment,jour ou heure à répondre à mes Messages ou se rassurer en me donnant un feed_back.
À la clininique tout le personnel était extrêmement sympa,les médecins n'en parlons plus .pendant ou après le traitement,il ya un suivi .il ya toujours à côté un interprête pour traduire en votre Langue pendant les soins ou dans votre pays de résidence.
Je recommanderais cette clinique encore et encore et leurs tire un très grand coup de châpeau.

Ich war vom 3- 5 Dezember zur Behandlung 4 Implantate in der Klinik,
Röntgen, Kontrolle, Aufmass, Zähne und fertig.
Die Klinik ist sauber und Modern mit der letzten Technologie ausgestattet, für Verpflegung ist stets gesorgt, die Behandlungen verlaufen sehr rasch und schmerzfrei.
Die Ärzte sind sehr professionell in Ihrem Handwerk, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Also ich kann diese Klinik jedem empfehlen.

Erster Step für meine neuen Zähne bei CDI Antalya
Als ich via Facebook von der Infoveranstaltung des CDI in Stuttgart erfuhr, meldete ich mich an und reiste dorthin. Die Beratung und der freundliche Service überzeugten mich, sodass ich gleich einen Termin für die Zahnbehandlung vereinbarte. Die weitere Kommunikation erfolgte per WhatsApp mit Lena, die all meine Fragen ausreichend, kompetent und zu meiner Zufriedenheit beantwortet hat. Bei meiner Ankunft in Antalya wartete bereits ein Fahrer mit einem Schild, auf dem mein Name stand, für den Transfer ins Hotel. Der Transfer war über die gesamten Tage hinweg zuverlässig und pünktlich. In den vergangenen vier Tagen sind all meine Befürchtungen in Bezug auf Schmerzen und andere Vorstellungen, die man vom Zahnarzt hat, nicht eingetreten. Der Service war wirklich erstklassig. 5 ⭐😊 Gamze (auf Deutsch das Grübchen), meine Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, hat mich während des gesamten Zeitraums überdurchschnittlich betreut und konnte all meine Fragen stets zu meiner Zufriedenheit beantworten. Mein Dank gilt all jenen, die zu diesem schönen Aufenthalt in der Klinik CDI beigetragen haben. Ich freue mich bereits auf ein Wiedersehen und auf die Fertigstellung.

Das Team ist sehr professionell,
sympathisch und alles sehr hygienisch.
Die Behandlungen sind top.
Ich kann das Klinik mit guten gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Ich bin im Moment zur Weiterbehandlung im DCI Dental Center. Neben eine sehr guten, perfekten und fachlich einwandfreien Zahnbehandlung, die auch schon bei der ersten Behandlung gegeben war, möchte ich hier speziell zwei ganz tolle junge Ladies erwähnen, Die liebe Gamze und die liebe Melisa. Ich bin sehr angetan von der sehr liebenswerten und fachlich erstklassigen Betreuung. Man fühlt sich toll abgeholt, super betreut und sehr wohl ab den ersten Minuten. Ehrlich gesagt habe ich mit meinen 66 Jahren noch nie so eine erstklassige Betreuung erhalten. Glückwunsch an das DCI für so tolle Mitarbeiter.

Having just returned from Dci dental clinic in Antalya Turkey after completing my dental treatment I can't recommend them enough! When looking into who to use it can be very daunting, after a lot of research I chose them. After an initial 30 minute phone call with Aysa I knew I'd picked the right dentist, from start to finish everything was explained. I booked the flight and was greeted at the airport, from then on it was a 1st class service. I had 6 implants on the top including 12 crowns and 12 crowns on the bottom over two separate visits of 10 days in total. I don't normally do reviews but the service and care that I received was outstanding! I'm 60 years old and didn’t want really fake looking white teeth and this dentist understood, we worked together to get the best shade for me. Everyone who I've shown my teeth to, can't believe how good and natural they look. Trust me you won't look back! One last thing, if you can afford the extra money it's worth going for a titanium bar as this strengthens the teeth and will lengthen the lifespan of them.
I would like to thank all the dentists, they were all outstanding at their jobs especially Aysa and Esma who made the journey so smooth. 🤗

I had a great experience at DCI Dental Center International. I came for crowns and the results are amazing. They picked me up every time, the service was very organised, and the whole team was friendly and professional. I’m really happy with the treatment and would definitely recommend them.

Hi all. I was is August 2025 on my last treatmend and finally got my Hollywood smile 😁, I really recommended this clinic. Hotel was no far away from the DCI clinic, very clean and near all shops and restaurants.On my last visit was hard part choice disain and color zirconia crowns. Don't be scared after first check with plastic crowns, beacose yours zirconia crowns will be look fine, just thel to guys what you like and what you don't like. To me help three girls to pick right disain and color zirconia crowns. Thank you for all my treatment to all doctors and, assistants. Specially from my last visit to: Dr. Berat, Assistant Esma, Dr. Ozan, Assistant Gamze and Elif, Prosthesis maker Meet, Assistant Sevcan. Thank you so much guys, you are great team 😊🙏🏻👌🏻
