Good professional service with products arriving at speed

I placed an order and was immediately bombarded with emails.

Constant emails that I NEVER SIGNED UPTO.

Unfortunately after ordering and paying I immediately got offered a discount!

Constant emails - unacceptable.

Unsubscribed.

They emailed to ask how they did - well here is your answer……

Stop spamming everyone.

Look at your other reviews complaining about email spam.

Whatever you do don’t give them your email address.

Terrible experience from start to finish. I would only use this company again if I had no other option to match existing tiles. Initially, the website showed my chosen tiles as in stock, but after speaking with them, I was forced to switch to a cheaper option. The installation was a nightmare. The fitter didn’t consult us about the 90-degree checker pattern, leading us to step in and correct him partway through the first room. The carpet tiles were poorly fitted—too large for the space—leaving me to constantly stamp down the sticking-up edges. Most of the edges were uneven and sloppy, contributing to the overall poor workmanship.To make matters worse, I recently discovered they damaged some of my furniture during the process. The fitter didn'tseem to want to be there. Despite multiple promises, it took ages for them to collect the old tiles for recycling. They also ran out of tiles toward the end of the project but had already disposed of the waste, making it impossible for me to verify what was missing. I ended up being charged for additional tiles, and they left me with excess glue that I shouldn’t have had to buy.In summary, this was a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience.

This was the second time that we ordered carpet tiles from DCTUK. As before we have had excellent service from them. We like that you can order samples to see the exact colours and textures before you buy. Delivery is normally very fast however this time the courier damaged our tiles but this was efficiently sorted out by the team at DCTUK and replacement tiles were dispatched enabling us to complete our floor.

Carpet tiles and nosings ordered for a residential project. All delivered within a week. Communication regarding deliveries all good. Very pleased with the products received. Would use again and would recommend to others.

Where do I start with this amazing company.

Under promised and Over delivered which is not a saying I use much.

A huge thank you to Steven Line and Danny Dyon who from day one, were pleasant, courteous, patient and trustworthy through the entire project.

We assigned DCTUK to undertake a large carpet replacement project for our Estate. The site houses over 1000 residents and come with a lot of challenges and logistics issues. These were discussed and ironed out within days.

Steven and Danny gave me the confidence and kept my expectation reasonable until they delivered the final product which excelled even my belief.

The only downside was the distance between our site and DCTUKs headoffice. However this seemed insignificant with the use of video calls and endless phone calls to ensure the project was fulfilled to our leaseholders needs.

During the work, a few issues reared their head, however Danny took lead and resolved these issues within a matter of days resulting in a completely streamlined project with minimal disruptions to residents.

I cant thank both Steven and Danny enough and will hopefully be appointing them to carry out more works within our development.

Thank you both for dealing with myself, who demands high standards. You have proven to be valuable assets to DCTUK and this should be recognised.

Emailed for a sales question / quotation / sale. No reply received . They did however immediately put me on their sales spam emailing list and started sending spam emails .
What an insult when they could have had a legitimate sale if they’d responded to my email !

I am extremely pleased with the carpet tiles that I bought for our summerhouse (Nouveau Endurance - Rock Steady), really high quality and easy to lay and look really funky laid in opposite directions. A shout out to Steven Lines who provided legendary customer service - a credit to your company - he was very friendly, professional and we had a bit of banter negotiating the price. It was refreshing dealing with a sales rep that wasn’t reading from a script and there was no hard sell. It was a small purchase of only 25m sq but Steven treated me with the same respect as a larger client. Thanks Steven and DCTUK

I ordered some samples so I could see what the colours would look like in my room. I was sent an email saying my samples had been dispatched and then later in the week was left a voicemail to say they couldn't send the samples I'd asked for to a residential address. I was then sent samples for a different brand in totally different colours than what I had ordered. A very poor experience.

Wow! I'm a little surprised by some of the negative reviews, but so far I have only gotten as far as the customer advisor and ordering my product, so can't comment further at the moment.

However, my experience so far has been amazing. I guess some of the men out there might consider me just a stupid woman, but I always worry about ordering the right amount according to my measurements. BUT I contacted Kerry on chat and she was amazingly helpful and I phoned her to place my order. No problems whatsoever. Amazing customer service - so grateful and hoping for good things in the future.

I purchased the Nouveau carpet tiles in stone grey for my living room and they are absolutely brilliant. I managed to lay them on top of existing vinyl wood flooring using double-sided sticky tape and the results have been fantastic. Took me around 5 hours to lay and you wouldn't know they were carpet tiles at all.

To say the Nouveau tiles I bought were the 'budget' tiles, they are really soft underfoot and the quality is exceptional.

Overall I'm massively impressed and would recommend DCTUK to anyone, especially if you're a renter and want a non-permanent way to cover bare floors.

Excellent service Knew what i wanted before i did , even gave me a little discount Tiles arrived next day , Adhesive didnt , not their issue as the carrier lost it , but once they were aware more adhesive dispatched and was with me next day Nice to have good follow up from a company , very rear these days
Cant comment on the quality of the tiles at the moment as they are still in the box , but if they are anywhere near the quality of service then i am sure i will be over the moon.

I used the company to obtain samples of the safety flooring I'm interested in using in an en suite. The website was easy to use and the samples came very promptly. I also received a call soon after to see if there was any way the company could help with my purchase - estimating required quantities, fitting advice etc. I would definitely recommend their services and shall use them myself, in the future.

All though DCTUK we’re in the end unable to fill my order they were very helpful, moreover they promptly refunded my payment.

sent me an offer on a Saturday,(you open M-F)which was not honored free delivery was given.I am happy with the service I received, an observation is the 2 boxes had split open as they had no secure strapping
