While shopping online for the best bank that offered the highest returns for new accounts, I was surprised to find that DCU came out on top of my search results. Without scheduling an appointment, I visited DCU and was assisted by Sisandra Castro, a service representative. Although my employer was not affiliated with DCU, Sisandra identified alternative ways for me to qualify for membership. She also guided me in selecting the appropriate Certificate of Deposit (CD) account for my needs.The following day, I withdrew the same amount of money from my current bank and proceeded to open both savings and checking accounts at DCU. The level of customer service I received was truly outstanding, and I look forward to making additional deposits in the future.
