having that said I would like to state that this 300€ can is one of the best performances cameras that punches way ahead of its weight!
It performs at the level of thinkware or blackVeu … and better than nextBase or ring dashCams !
It gives 4 G but reliable!
It is 4 k
It has real park mode
I had it hardwired to my car battery and it shot itself down when batteries voltage drops at less than 12 v
Big brands with similar 4G functionality cost near 800€ !
I really like this cam
I wish they do fix ( and they can do ) the 3 channels 4G and make it for all three cameras and not only 15 minutes!
They can add motion detection function or at least sell an accessory to add this function to the 60pro which is really important ( preventing rubbery or braking not waiting it to happen)!

I bought the DDPAI Z60 Pro dashcam on AliExpress a few months ago. At first it worked correctly, but after some time the device started having serious issues and the 4G module stopped working completely.

I contacted the seller and followed all the troubleshooting steps they asked for. Despite this, instead of offering a real solution, they suggested that the problem might be caused by my memory card — a SanDisk High Endurance card designed specifically for dashcams, which cost nearly $100 and fully meets the required Class 10 / U3 specifications.

At this point the DDPAI Z60 Pro is unreliable and the seller refuses to provide a proper replacement solution. Very disappointing support for a product that is supposed to be premium.

Stopped working suddenly
Upon contact with the team they suggested few options which i tried and still the device is not scanable

Upon reconnect with the team they adviced below :- We cannot provide after-sales service. If you need after-sales support, please contact the platform where you purchased the product, they will provide you with more effective help.

Worked for a few weeks and now won’t power on

Bought a dash-cam from this company. Worked fine for about two months, then stopped recording.

Got in touch with their customer support team, who were more than happy to help out and eventually after trying other options to get my original cam working replaced they replaced the faulty device with a brand-new device.

Bought a dash cam from this company, it has never worked, I have tried to get a refund for months, including multiple emails to/from their customer service but they just refuse to entertain the idea of rectifying the sale of their defective product. Do not ever purchase from this company.

The dash cams this company produce are actually decent but unfortunately the app that supports it makes them impossible to use and any footage you’d like to retrieve cannot be done via the app. Many iOS users are complaining of no live feed, app crashing and unable to view recent footage. Their customer support is non existent and they will not reply to your emails. Avoid these dashcams if possible.
