This would be 0 if it would allow me I ordered 2 tops on 7thy July to have no confirmation sent once purchased even asked for this, emails ignored most of the time when they did reply they just said there is an issue with their tracking system and they have a new website!! Over a month later they both arrive and one of them have a hole in side of it where the stitching has come apart!! Emailed them again with attached picture with proof to be ignored once again!! Asked for a refund many times to be told they can’t issue one!! This company is nothing but a scam avoid at all cost!!

La empresa no contesta a mis mails solicitando información.

Son unos auténticos sinvergüenzas, llevo 10 días esperando un pedido, llevo innumerables correos enviados y ni se dignan a responder, tomaré otras medidas.

Estafadores, dicen que te han mandado el pedido y es mentira. Mandan un numero de seguimiento ficticio. y cuando te pones en contacto con ellos te dicen que está enviado. Cuidado con estos estafadores

Would be 0 stars if I could. Ordered the england kit for my son, hasn't arrived. They keep telling me that it has been sent but there's an issue with the tracking system. For 3 weeks they have told me that I will have it by the end of the week. Have asked for a refund or replacement, they never answer just keep getting "it has been handed over and you will get it by the end of the week". Only ordered as it said delivery by DHL 3-5 working days.

Never buy anything from Urban Kits, they are absolute scammers.
Save yourself the headache of having to contact your bank to block the transaction.
I have no idea why Facebook still allows them to run ads.

my daughter ordered 2 England home and away tops on 12 th july. She hasnt received them they say they cannot track and now she has lost her £50 as they wont refund. Total scammers this company

I ordered a football Jersey before the world cup. But still waiting for it after a week of World Cup finished. I wanted refund but they just said its getting delivered. This is how you can never trust online ads. Fake advertisement
