I've been looking for a battery for some time and I finally found them. It's light and compact, super. I highly recommend it.

Very nice product, good communication.
Only UPS took quite long to deliver from UK to banana republic Germany.

Sent a support request email for order #1591 questioning if it was correct one side of the battery under the anode should get hot when on it's initial charge (with their charger) after the battery was delivered, before fitting. Never got a response back.

2nd time starting the engine after fitting (Ariel Atom 4, Honda engine, not even a big starter draw), the battery failed and now only produces 9v with no current and will not charge.

Battery is *very* light compared to the lead acid equivalent. Not disappointed in the weight savings, but very disappointed in the lack of response.

Got my Touge 200 battery for my Autozam AZ-1 in December, mounted it in January and, due to winter, have just started enjoying it.

First of all, great costumer service from Xiao and the Deadweight team, ordering was easy and shipment was fast.

Now the product is amazing. My old Varta battery weighed 10 kgs and I can attest to the Touge 200's weight claim - 1993 grammes! Over 1 percent curb weight shed.

The battery is, well, a battery and it works flawlessly for my needs. My car has no parasitic drain when dormant, so even after 1½ months standing still it just fired up.

All in all a great product and great service!

Great service and knowledge of the product

I have had my Touge 500 since August 2020, and it has been used almost constantly in 3 cars since then:
- 1 year in a small engined turbo weekend car
- 1.5 years in a 2.5 litre petrol daily driver, putting 10k miles on it (including a 1,000 Ireland roadtrip)
- 4 months battery sat unused in the garage
- and the last 2 months in a 3 litre petrol BMW weekend car which is left for long periods undriven

Throughout, the battery has performed faultlessly. It cranks instantly, even if the car hasn't been started for 4 weeks. The lighter weight was VERY noticeable when fitted in the FWD 2.5 litre daily driver.

The Deadweight team has been responsive and so supportive throughout, answering any queries and once when I managed to drain the battery to the point of putting into into protective mode (left my lights on when working outside in the dark) were instantly on-hand via DM to help me get it started again - which it did, with ease!

Don't hesitate, just buy one - it's a top product and a top top buying experience.

After ordering the battery, was emailed saying would be up to 3 weeks lead time, I said they should of told me at time of order as I might of needed it sooner and may have ordered elsewhere if that was the case, which was never replied. Eventually it turned up over 4 weeks after I ordered and paid for it !!! No email reply’s to the two emails I sent, poor customer service, hopefully battery will live up to its specs and have a decent life span
