The whole process was easy, Stephen fitted the blinds with no problems. Thank you!

Scott and Peter done a wonderful job measuring, supplying and fitting 6 blinds.
Would highly recommend this company

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Unbelievably professional through measuring and helping me choose a house full of blinds through to booking and fitting. During fitting the guys were very professional, pleasant and kept every workspace clean and tidy and very speedy but still taking care. The job was not rushed and even showed my mam around and shown every blond fitted. Very happy with this company and will always use again in future ALONG with recommending to friends and family. Thanks again!

Vary friendly people helpful they make you feel comfortable around them
We had Peter also Scott
I would definitely use this company again very soon

I had my new blind fitted yesterday by a lovely lad called Stephen. I love it !! It’s made such a difference to my bedroom. He was friendly, polite, and he didn’t leave any mess. I’m definitely using then again !!

We had Peter come out and measure up for plantation shutters to our front room and upstairs windows.
Peter was polite professional and easy to talk to , very helpful with the design and colour of our shutters which was much appreciated. Actually Peter went above and beyond measuring up his help, consideration and knowledge were much appreciated ..we decided cafe style shutters were better suited to my period property.
We also decided at the back of our house a softer light filtering pleated cafe style blind was best suited and we chose a colour to offset my darker braun windowframe,s.

These were fitted today by Scott who was just as polite freindly and professional..he did a great job and even cleared away what little packaging that was left over.

From start to finish my experience with deal direct blinds has been trouble free enjoyable and within set timescales ..both staff punctual to a time given .
Any contact was prompt either by email or phone, Steph was always there to help answer any queries I had again with her experiance and genuine helpfulness..all in all a great company with fantastic freindly professional staff.
I can and do highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about shutters or blinds you will not be dissapointed.

Many thanks to Steph peter & Scott.

Nice experience but what I think that the company is not doing well is in the area of booking for fittings. You made payment and you have to wait for 2 weeks plus before they come for the fittings is not fair . My daughter gave a review yesterday and for her to be happy with the fittings shows that the fitter Scot-Rob really did a good job.

We had Deal Direct blinds out to fit some new electric roller blinds on our bifold doors.
We initially went into the Gateshead showroom and met Eva, who explained the whole process and booked a surveyor to come and measure up. The surveyor arrived on time, measured up and talked us through the various options.
We received a phone call from the showroom a few days later and our fitting day was arranged. Paul the fitter called us to let us know his expected time of arrival - he was very pleasant and got straight on with the job. The fit was completed in good time and Paul then talked us through how the blinds work.
Overall a really good experience and we would highly recommend

Had blinds fitted by Paul he was very friendly and professional, he was very respectful of home, he done a brilliant job with no mess. Have always used Deal Direct Blinds and always recommend them to friends and family, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks again Paul X

The installation went well, and the fitters (scott-Rob)took his time the outcome was worth every single dime I paid.
Will be recommending my friends and family

From sale to installation these guys are awesome. Quality product and service. We have had these guys in several times and recommended to friends and family. We had Paul back again to fit them. Great job Paul

Peter came to measure and gave his advice on all blinds.
Paul and Jason came to fit the blind.
Rang with a time to expect them, plenty notice which was appreciated. Shoes removed and fitted bathroom blind
Considerate and polite. Love the blind finished bathroom off nicely. Would definitely recommend and will use again

Great service by Jason, Stephen and Rob

Had Rob out to measure up for shutters two of my windows and a blind for a third. I didn't really have a clue what I wanted but Rob explained everything thoroughly but easy enough for me to understand he was so courteous, professional and polite. Scott then came to fit the blind and the shutters. Again, he was so professional. Wouldn't have a drink just cracked on with the job. After fitting he put my furniture back and tidied up. I am absolutely over moon with my blind/shutters and will have the guys back when I get my kitchen done. The service this company gives is first class and I not go with anyone else.

Lovely service over the phone, Peter was a class conversation whilst he measured the windows and even came in half an hour before his shift to cater to my schedule! Scott was lovely and kept things nice and tidy whilst he fittest the blinds- mint company in general

Wanted new blinds for the whole house went down to the shop to have a look and Steph was brilliant at helping us she arranged for someone to come out to measure up for us and then we went back down to order them would definitely recommend Deal Direct Blinds and thank you Steph for your help 😊

Great job by Scott and Rob no mess first class.

Very efficient service, installed 4 blinds and 1 set of perfect fit door blinds really quickly. Worked around another workman doing a separate job with no problem. Highly recommend 👍

Great, efficient service.

Paul & Isabella were fantastic. Think Isabella will surpass her dads skills, she’s better than him now…:-)

Some minor hiccups however no issue in getting things resolved! Would recommend to anyone looking for a good, local, personalised service.

Peter came out to measure up and told me all the options very helpful very friendly. Paul and Jason came yesterday to fit my shutter blinds very happy with them. There where very friendly and helpful and told me how they worked. The Quality of the blinds are worth every penny. Thank you.
