Excellent service again used this company for years great lads and prices

My wife sorted this out, but I was around for the fitting. We are very pleased with the blinds, they look good and are quality, topped off by Stephen who did a great job fitting them and was very pleasant throughout. Great job.

Stephen fitted the blinds today, very quick and tidy. Most pleasant to talk to. Great job and they look perfect

We recently had Illusion blinds and Venetian blinds fitted by Deal Direct and are very pleased with the whole experience.
Their pricing was competitive, and everyone we dealt with throughout the process was friendly, professional, and helpful. Our fitters, Paul and Scott, did a great job with the installation and were both pleasant and efficient.
We did encounter a small manufacturing issue with one of the blinds. It wasn't immediately obvious, but once I noticed it, I couldn't unsee it. I contacted the company, sent over a few photos, and the issue was dealt with promptly and without any hassle. The whole process was straightforward and pain-free.
Excellent customer service from start to finish, and it's reassuring to know that any issues are resolved quickly and professionally. I would definitely use Deal Direct's services again and would happily recommend them to others

We had our roller black-out blinds fitted and are really impressed with the quality and the standard of the blinds themselves. Really good value for money and very quickly installed too!
Scott was really friendly and efficient at his job and was really helpful playing with my little boy, while I completed the paperwork at the end of installation! 100% recommend to anyone looking for the highest quality blinds and excellent customer service! We will definitely be using Deal Direct again in the future!☺️

The fitters were tidy, professional and courteous. Took time to explain the firm to complete. Was also said and done within 30 mins.
I think the blinds compliment the room. Appear to be robustly made and of good quality.
Yes I would recommend the company. We bought Shutter blinds bit they have more than this to offer.

Paul, Jason and Peter did a great job. We had electric roman blinds fitted and they have been just as we wanted. Service was always informative and qualify is good.

Great service, excellent quality and value for money blinds.
Scott, the guy who fitted our blind did a great job, he was very professional, cleaned up after the work and gave valued advise on how to operate and maintain the blind.
Would definitely reccomend

We had our blinds fitted yesterday by Paul and Rob great job done no mess left polite and courteous would definitely recommend

Had my blinds fitted today by Stephen and I couldn’t be any happier, was very professional, showed and explained everything, cleared all rubbish and dust etc - very happy with the fitting, the blinds, and the company would highly recommend

Blinds look good and Scott the fitter did a good job and was very professional. Happy with service received.

Just had Scott out to fit a valance to our awning which Deal Direct fitted a couple of years ago. He was among the most pleasant and helpful workmen we've ever dealt with. He even offered to get a bee out of the lounge for me! The awning is beautiful and really does the job of providing much needed shade in this hot weather - the valance is to give a little bit extra! We would never use another company and we've already recommended Deal Direct to neighbours.

My partner received a call to give a time for arrival for the fitter and it was spot on. The product is as expected for quality and look. The service was professional and efficient. Scott the fitter was friendly, respectful and had the blinds fitted in a good time. He left after checking all was ok with the working of the blinds. We would recommend deal direct blinds and use this company in the future

We recently had Peter from Deal Direct Blinds come out to our new home to advise us on shutter blinds, as he was the specialist - and honestly, he’s the best salesman we’ve dealt with since moving to the North East.

What stood out most was his honesty. Instead of trying to sell us something for the sake of profit, he genuinely told us that shutters would completely ruin the Viking hall aesthetic of our home. He advised us to leave it as it is and use more natural ways to create privacy, such as landscaping and gates, rather than paying for something that would take away from the look we’ve worked so hard to create.

That level of integrity is incredibly rare. Peter made it very clear that his company will never sell something they know won’t suit a home, regardless of the money involved.

He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. A massive credit to Deal Direct Blinds - they should be proud to have him on their team.

Legend, Peter!

This was the second time I've used deal direct and yet again they were superb. The quality of their products it's top notch and installation very professional. Scott, Jason and Rob clearly take pride in their work. Thank you
