DearFax lets you send, receive, and track faxes online. It’s made for individuals and small teams who need to fax documents and want a clear, straightforward way to get it done. Prepare your fax in your browser: upload your documents, enter the recipient’s fax number, and add a cover page if you need one. Review everything before sending, then follow its delivery status in DearFax. You can see when a fax is delivered or if it fails, so you know where things stand. If you need to receive faxes, choose a paid plan with a dedicated fax number. Incoming faxes appear in your inbox, where you can open and download them. Email notifications let you know when a fax arrives, so you don’t have to keep checking. For teams, shared workspaces bring faxes and fax numbers together. Invite colleagues to work in the same workspace, with sent and received faxes organized into separate views. We focus on the details that make faxing easier to manage: clear statuses, documents you can review before sending, and an interface that keeps the task in front of you. From sending an occasional form to handling regular paperwork with a team, DearFax gives you a place to manage your faxes online.Ver mais
