I just wanted to take the time to share my experience with J3 Solutions, because they have honestly taken such a huge weight off my shoulders.

I’ve been dealing with them for over a month now, and from the very beginning I’ve felt supported and reassured. Brody, who was the first person I dealt with, was brilliant. I sent all of my information and paperwork over to him, and he helped get everything started and dealt with my creditors.

I’ve also been speaking with Toni Hulme, who has been absolutely amazing throughout the process. She has kept me updated, answered all of my questions and made what felt like a very stressful situation so much easier to deal with.

Everything has now been sorted and I have a debt solution in place where I only have one monthly payment to make over an agreed period of time. Having everything organised into one payment has given me such a huge sense of relief.

The biggest thing for me is the difference it has made to my mental health. I’ve spent so much time worrying about money, creditors and how I was going to manage everything, and now I finally feel like I can breathe. I feel like I have a plan and, most importantly, a way forward.
