I bought the Labradorite Gem Slice necklace for a friend’s 60th birthday. She nearly didn’t get it, I nearly kept it for myself. Sooo beautiful.
The team also put it on a longer simple chain which was a better length for my friend.
I am saving up to buy a necklace for myself!

Another order of 3 items and another faultless service. Beautiful items, perfectly packaged and fast delivery.

I brought one of your beautiful necklaces for my friend, she loved it so much she brought the matching earrings.

Love the earrings but had major issues both times I ordered. The first time they were broken but they replaced them for free. The second time they aren’t properly delivered to my flat and decadorn have refused to sort out a redelivery and been really unhelpful. It’s a shame because the jewellery is lovely but they need to sorting out their posting issues. Would recommend not buying from here if you want to actually a receive an end product!!!

The necklace was bought as a birthday gift for my sister - she had seen it advertised. Ordering was simple & delivery was prompt.
She loves the necklace - I was surprised at how small the stones were but she was very happy.

Chose item because I loved the look but I also unknowingly chose a gemstone that symbolises travel and adventure which was particularly relevant for this chapter of my life. I feel the universe guided me towards it.

Really disappointed with my order. The stones do not resemble anything like what is advertised. They are shown as vibrant and almost dazzling on the brands website and on advertisements through social media. What I received was dull and lifeless.
They show various pictures depicting the necklace, which are clearly enhanced. None of the pictures show anything resembling what I received.
I feel this is false advertising which is what led to my disappointment.
Had I had known the true nature of the necklace I would honestly not have ordered.
I have had to return this necklace out of my own pocket. To add insult to injury , initial shipping costs are also no refunded.
So essentially this was an expensive mistake , and I am now out of pocket.

I would not recommend ordering from here and certainly would not repurchase.

I made my own necklace and with the help of the team I was able to make it even more my own.

Pretty necklace but the unusual clasp at the front is sooooo fiddly and difficult to fasten and as the clasp is on the same part as the pearl, I’m terrified of losing it every time I take it off. Also, a bit annoying to be bombarded with Black Friday discount codes days after paying full price. My fault. I should have waited.

Really fantastic experience, I was given a beautiful gift but it needed a slight alteration and this was done at no extra charge and with great service, will definitely by buyig more pieces in the future.

Always have great service with this brand. Brilliant customer service also. The pieces I've had have always looked so special and cannot be recreated elsewhere by anyone! I'm a huge fan and have shopped with them several times over the years. I always look forward to new seasons and new designs and never feel worried about an order because I know I'm always going to be happy with it!
