I have not received my item,customer service not helpful

Helen thank you for my beautiful silver emerald necklace, you can tell it is made with love, excellent quality, great service and I am very proud to be the owner of such a beautiful piece of jewellery. Would recommend to family and friends.

I order the three Labadorite charms in silver on the little dotty chain thinking that I would have to put them on a longer one, but I have to say the chain is just the right length and is beautiful, and the charms are so pretty. I’m very please with them , I looked for along time before ordering then found a 10% discount code. So glad I ordered it is a beautiful piece of Jewelry.

The service was excellent and managed to change my order via email and pay the remainder and delivery was fast. The set that was ordered was also beautiful and well packaged - couldn’t recommend this company enough.

This necklace was a birthday gift for a friend and she absolutely loves it!

Products were of disappointing quality and the website isn’t well worded, especially re the fact that adding an initial pendant onto any product makes it non refundable. Not very customer friendly for an online based business.
Wouldn’t recommend this business.

Response to my review from this company is incorrect … the non refundable info is not in a prominent position on the site when accessed via a link from Instagram and their customer service team gave me no options whatsoever, it’s non refundable that’s it.

Amazing jewelry. So beautiful and well-made. I asked for it to be delivered promptly for my friend's birthday and it arrived 3 days later. This is the second necklace I've bought from them and I will definitely be ordering from Decadorn again.

Staggered …brilliant customer service and quality .. I had inadvertently ordered two of the same gem earrings instead the two different colours that i wanted. I received and email to clarify my order.
Promptly changed , my error for which I am grateful it was dealt with swiftly and
I am beyond delighted with my purchases and will not hesitate to purchase more and recommend without hesitation,

They are breaking the law in not offering returns on pierced earrings! - Consumer Protection Act replaced the Distance Selling regs and only personalised items can not be returned.
