We are sorry that you have been dissapointed with the communcation regarding your order. We are very clear from the outset, that the 'process' heavily relies on mutual responsive communication between both parties. You initially came to us in mid September. We worked with you to establish the requirements for your order. Our accounts have recorded your initial deposit on 2nd October, and under straightforward circumstances, we expect to deliver around 5-6 weeks from this date. The beginning of the production process, for new a kit design, begins with our factory design team 'mocking up' a comprehensive CAD to make sure that all elements are present and scaled correctly. Garment print panels are produced, and we make sure that these reflect your chosen designs and logos accurately. At this stage we noticed that one of the logos would not produce the best outcome once printed as it had black elements on a dark design. We contacted you on more than one occasion to suggest a change and you finally responded on 4th November. Technically, this means that your kit could not be placed into production until this approval of the logo colour change. We are really sorry about the unavoidable delay. Your kit was delivered to you this week which is six weeks from the final sticking point to move forward with production. We are sorry that you feel that there has been a lack of communication. We do hope that you happy with the outcome of your custom kit and that we have successfully provided the best outcome for all your logos on them.

I ordered a kit for the Basketball team, It was a fantastic, easy experience and Summer was able to help with everything I needed, including making sure it arrived by a certain event!
When it arrived, it was excellent quality and all the girls loved them!

Good experience all round with the customisable football kit, so many options. Ordered about 15 sets as training kits and the lads who missed out on the first order are putting their orders in so they don’t miss out.

Excellent service, Fantastic quality and very reasonably priced! Would definitely recommend!
Throughout the process our account manager Summer was on hand to help with any questions I had regarding the kit builder or general queries. Extremely helpful and friendly service.
The kits arrived and are excellent quality and the sizing for each shirt was perfect.
Will definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend.

Football kit for Moldova/Stolniceni
Ordered football kit from Decathlon. They were amazing in helping design and overall information. I am due to deliver the kits over Christmas, as a present to my hometown team, i am really hoping they will be as pleased as I am.

Customised kit
After creating my 5 a side team I needed to look for some kit to use. I came across decathlon and was amazed by the amount of customise options available. This then allowed me to produce the perfect kit for my team. I dealt with Alex when I created my design and placed my order and it was very refreshing to have excellent customer service. The shirts were also delivered within the specified time window and all shirts came exactly as ordered with no defects. Great business and I would highly recommend.

Custom cricket kits for Spain tournament
We went to Granada, Spain to play a 6 a side cricket tournament, so decided to order custom kits, the kits arrived promptly and exceeded expectations, with quality fit and material, the colours are brilliant, the badges, names and numbers are very well done. Alex was a huge help and helped through the whole process even with me pestering him he was happy to help and answered everything. So thank you so much

Disappointed
Purchased new team netball dresses even if I had purchased the 8 still would have been too big!! I am a large 10 so bought a size 10 and 12 as because the measurements were big I presumed the material was stiff and this is the size I normally wear. Everyone said the same we now have to have them all altered. I tried to wash at 90 degrees but didn’t shrink! The measurements are correct on the website and the material is stretchy too so whatever size you are normally YOU NEED TO GO DOWN TWO SIZES if you buy so I would have needed a size 6. Decathlon should review their sizing immediately.
Thanks for responding but there is no way to respond on the website and a contact number or email would have been good so I could have responded.
We purchased Gilbert last time and I wish we had done the same again! They were ace!

Very helpful staff when ordering 15 custom made youth football kits. Summer went out of her way to call and email me with updates throughout the whole process. The Decathlon Team also were very helpful assisting when I had a small issue with the delivery.
