Excellent Quality & Design

I’m extremely happy with my TV unit. The modern design fits perfectly with my living room and gives the whole space a much more sophisticated feel. The workmanship is impressive, the finish is beautiful, and the furniture feels strong and durable. A perfect combination of style, quality, and functionality. Would definitely recommend!

We installed 6–7 wardrobes from this company.

Within a short time many drawers across the wardrobes began failing and became very difficult to open.

I reported the issue in December and was told the runners would be replaced. I provided the number of faulty drawers and was assured someone would come to fix them.

Despite several follow-ups and waiting around 3 months, the repair never happened.

Sharing this so others are aware of my experience. I have screenshots of the conversations and proof of payment if anyone needs them.

Do you need Mood boards / payment receipts / dates of payments or account numbers to where these payments were made ? just incase you fail to recognise

Update:
Just want to leave a note that the guys after a long back and forth attended to the problem and replaced all the drawers.. The team who came was really good and guys polite and willing to fix the root cause.

At the end of the day - I stand back and see the final work - thats good quality furniture delivered!

Excellent work

Decorguru did an excellent job with our kitchen, especially the black and white theme. The design looks modern, elegant, and very well finished. The team was professional, punctual, and attentive to details. We’re extremely happy with the final result and highly recommend Decorguru.

Decorguru has been an excellent choice for our customised furniture needs. Before finding them, we had contacted many other companies for customised furniture. Although several visited our home, their responses were slow and not very helpful. When we reached out to Decorguru for our media wall, the experience was completely different. Their response was prompt, their explanations were clear, and their suggestions were genuinely useful.

They completed the media wall within the promised timeline, and we were so impressed that we decided to get our kitchen furniture customised by them as well. Once again, the work was finished on time, exactly as they committed. They never rushed the process, yet the quality of their craftsmanship and materials was outstanding.

The Decorguru team was a random find that ended up making our family home kitchen the way we had wanted it.
We had looked at many kitchen suppliers, from the standard high street names to some bespoke joinery's. We had received Decorguru's contact from a plumbing merchant and we were not disappointed. The team patiently worked with our dimensions and desired design/layout and even suggested some good ideas to make the kitchen efficiently designed. They even accomodated adjustments to fine tune the outcome.
Decorguru went the extra mile by sourcing the exact colour and finish of the external doors that we desired.
All in all, great team to work with and happy with their work and service.

We wanted to have bespoke furniture in our new build home with theme that matches wardrobes & beds. Decorguru also helped us to choose right themes for my son and daughter's room and their finishing is excellent which made our bedrooms look immacualte. We were so happy that we went ahead to get our media wall and other furnitures done by Decorguru. We are very happy with their work.

All the people were very professional.

Sad to report our experience with Decorguru - Jay was our point of contact and unfortunately the quality of work is far from standard. Finishing touches dont exists. After sales service non existent. This is based on our experience less than 6 months ago. The channels on drawers broke down requiring replacement. Took me sveeral phone calls and chats over 2 months to get them to send someone to fix it.

When taking new orders I was assured of after sales service second to none and indeed it is non-existent.

I would stay away and caution anyone dealing with this company.

We have recently done our kitchen and Decorguru have went above and beyond to meet our bespoke kitchen requirements.
We are really pleased with our bespoke kitchen. They’ve managed to do finish the kitchen fitting in given time frame.I would highly recommend them.
