Great treatment and although I didn’t want a full set for this specific room , but had fell in love with some of the beautiful high quality pieces, Decor Lane went above and beyond to make my experience important. Their products are stunning and they provided a personal touch in all aspects of my experience. I will be buying from them again. And will absolutely tell my friends in my community whom many of which are building homes up here on the mountain currently .

I had an issue with the color of the square accent pillows. The customer service was excellent & sent new pillows with email keeping me up to date. My new Duvet & pillows are absolutely beautiful! Very happy with the whole experience!!

The Customer Service at Decor Lane is excellent. I ordered a Duvet Set and realized after it shipped that I had ordered the incorrect color. They were able to retrieve the shipment and send the correct color to me.
I will definitely shop with Decor Lane in the future.

I bought this for my client's master bedroom and it's gorgeous. Great quality and super soft, and shipped quickly. The packaging was also beautiful and it was nice to get an extra bag! Definitely will purchase more for future clients. Customer service was also amazing when I had questions on the different bedding set sizes. You won't be disappointed!

Oh my gosh! How Great the team is at Decor Lane! Way, way beyond expectations with their quality service… helped me to change and coordinate my order when I realized that I ordered one duvet set with 4 pieces and should have ordered the one with six pieces… then I ordered the down insert and the team worked to coordinate shipping the items… that was awesome.. but wait.. there’s more! I wanted the down topped hotel featherbed topper but the sizes they had would not fit my king mattress… they went to the manufacturer and it’s being custom made just for me! Gave me a discount on top of that too! Wow, wow, just tremendous! Thank you team!

I ordered some pictures from Decor Lane in Nov 22 and as of 10th January 2023 I am still waiting for their arrival. I have emailed their customer service, used their chat line etc but cannot get a response from this company. They are just completely ignoring all emails. I will never use them again. I bought a duvet cover from Decorlane. The color does not match the color in the photo, the stitching is no where near the quality you would expect for this level of cover, I've seen better stitching quality come from Walmart. Be warned there are no returns, refunds, only kind words and offers to sell you more. You're better off to find a product in a in person store. This shopping experience has more of a feel of a bait and switch scam than a honest business.

I am reposting my review here because they are holding my review back from their own website. They are clearly manipulating the reviews on their website and only publish 5 start reviews. You can confirm it yourself, at the time of this posting they have 7, when i purchased it they had 6. My review is still not posted a month later.

I purchased a duvet for my daughter’s birthday. It was the exact COLOR that she wanted based on decor-lane’s online catalog. We opened the package and could not believe how DULL and BLAND the actual color was. I immediately contacted decor lane. This company delayed sending me a address to return the duvet. They wanted me to try their suggestions. After about 3 or 4 request they finally sent me the address. Our disappointment was so great. Please re-read their return policy. Which was another let down. It cost me a little over $70.00 to return the duvet. The worst return policy I have ever experienced.

I ordered a duvet and pillow cases with 1000 count Egyptian cotton and they were embroidered. They arrived a week before I was expecting and they are stunning. I loved the breathable fabric and all of the detail. The company reached out to me to double check the measurements were very kind. I'm so happy and satisfied with my purchase. Well worth the money spent.

I ordered the BELVEDERE DUVET COVER & SHAMS EGYPTIAN COTTON 1200TC - Orange and was completely underwhelmed. The duvet cover and sheets had a different color than advertised and the texture was also not what I epected for a set that cost $374 orginally (I paid $337). I've actually had better sheets from TJ Maxx. The issue is trying to return the set is a huge headache! Customer service offered me $130+ off so I would pay "only" $200 for the set. I wouldn't pay no more than $50 for this set, so no. It took over a week for customer service to provide a return address. They are taking a 10% restock fee and I have to pay for shipping to send the set back. Just a headache. Don't waste your time or money.

Loved my Egyptian cutlery, I was able to track exactly where it came from and the whole process it took to come from where I live. Awesome experience from decor lane thank u so much ☺️

Rip off. They sent a size to small and you cannot contact anyone. A thousand dollars. Worst choice I have ever made. Run from this company. Awful return / exchange policy. If you buy from them you are stuck !!!!
