So far so good
So far so good. Process was easy and straight forward. I needed to correct a mistake upon completion and opened a help ticket which was addressed pretty quickly. They sent me a link, I made corrections and it generated another deed. Thanks for that!

Easy to use
I didn't realize I would be charged until it asked for my credit card info. But the price wasn't too bad - WAY less than paying an attorney. Very user-friendly.

It wasn't as easy as it was made out to be. The language needs to be dumbed down. I was trying to transfer my deed to include my husband. It didn't work out that way. I don't know if I can redo it once it was finalized and wrong! :(

If you can explain what language confused you, we can take a look to see if we can clarify. There are obviously some things that we can only simplify so much, but we do work hard to simplify the questions as much as possible and generally get favorable feedback on the way we explain difficult legal concepts.
With regard to your issue about adding your husband, we would be happy to look into that and explain where you went wrong. And we do give our customers the opportunity to re-access the interview to correct documents without being charged again. We provide multiple ways to contact us for assistance with these types of problems, including a link in the e-mail and a contact box that appears at the bottom of every page of the website. I regret that you left a negative review without giving us a chance to help you correct your answers.

I realize that you have already corrected the issues in your own deed, but identifying problems like these can help us improve the product and prevent future problems for other users. Because the documents had proper spacing and alignment when they left our system, we have no way to troubleshoot your issue without feedback. Thanks again.
