Great Service
The instructions were clear, the price great, the form delivered immediately in an easily edited form. I tried another site first that claimed the service was free, and then required that I subscribe to their service before the form would be delivered. I don't anticipate having to do another quit claim, but if I did, I would use this service

I am very happy with DeedClaim. I am going out of town and only had a couple of days to get this accomplished. I got it filled out, printed, witnessed, notarized and registered at the court house all in one day. The price is quite reasonable. A friend ask me about it this morning and I am going to give her all the information about DeedClaim tomorrow.
