If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. It's so sad to be taken advantage of by the Ummah. Ordered items I never received and they went to fairly great lengths to pretend to me that I should be getting them, sending me a fake shipping email and letting me know by email that they'd simply gotten overwhelmed during Ramadan. Utterly disappointing. Do not order from this company.

finally a company that sells good quality awrah covers. everyone was happy. especially the kids with the building blocks!

SCAM ALART. I bought three calendars, and it is not here. Ramadan is almost over. Please never buy anything from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! This company is a scam. I ordered 3 Ramadan calendars from deeninternationall.com and they never arrived. I was never given any tracking information and received no proper communication about where my order was.

Ramadan products are time-sensitive, and because nothing was delivered the entire purpose of the order was ruined. Taking customers’ money and failing to deliver the items is completely unacceptable.

Based on my experience, this company is dishonest and unreliable. I strongly warn others not to order from deeninternationall.com.

Complete scam. They stole my money and never shipped the items. I’m currently disputing the charges. They refused to send me the 3 calendars I ordered and give me a refund. Their website needs to be taken down.

I wish there was a -5 star!! The worst experience ever!! I ordered three Ramadan calendars for my children 20 days before Ramadan started. They sent me an email asking how did i like my calendars on 2/16 even though i had not received my items. I asked them to cancel and refund, they refused saying its shipped. Well i did not receive it until 3/9 and they only sent 2 out of the 3. Needless to say, it was useless by the time they arrived. Today is 3/10 i still have not received the 3rd item. When i checked with them, they asked me to call their delivery team to find out where my pkg was and when i told them i’ll be returning the items for refund, they said they do not refund nor replace.
Do not buy anything from them, not trustworthy and poor customer service. Nothing deen about them, scammers more like it.

SCAM ALERT!
I agree with everyone else. I ordered Ramadan calendars from them to support a Muslim business, but unfortunately they do not seem legitimate. It has been over a month and I still haven’t received my order. When I contacted them, I kept receiving the same automated response. I eventually had to file a dispute.

Please do not buy from this website. It’s disappointing to think how many people may have been misled by them. May they be held accountable for deceiving people.

I ordered Ramadan calendars on Jan 27 for $120 and never received the items. The company refused to issue a refund and only offered store credit despite non-delivery. I had to open a bank dispute to recover my payment.

I ordered two Ramadan calendars about two months ago for my young children, who are fasting for the first time. It was meant to be a special experience for them, something to make this important and meaningful month more engaging.

Unfortunately, I still have not received the calendars. We are now on day 11 of Ramadan, and nothing has arrived.

I contacted their support one week before Ramadan and received an apology, with the explanation that delays were due to a high volume of orders. I contacted them again at the beginning of Ramadan and received the exact same response. I wrote to them again yesterday and once again received an identical, copy-pasted reply. This repeated lack of clear communication raises serious concerns about their transparency and customer service.

At this point, it is clear that I will most likely not receive the calendars in time for them to serve their intended purpose. I therefore requested to cancel my order and receive a refund. This request was refused. Instead, I was told that the items had “just been shipped,” which appears highly questionable given the previous delays and lack of progress.

From a consumer rights perspective, this situation is not acceptable. Under EU consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), goods must be delivered within a reasonable timeframe or within the agreed period. If the seller fails to do so, the consumer has the right to cancel the purchase and receive a refund. Similarly, under Swedish law (Konsumentköplagen), significant delays—especially when the product is time-sensitive—can give the buyer the right to cancel the contract.

Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this company. The combination of delayed delivery, repeated generic responses, and refusal to issue a refund reflects a lack of reliability and professionalism that customers should be aware of.

This company is dishonest and behaves like scammers. They only care about taking your money and have no interest in delivering what they promise.

"Ich kann nur jedem davon abraten, hier zu bestellen. Mein Kauf eines Ramadan-Kalenders war ein totaler Reinfall:
1. Lügen beim Kundenservice: Mir wurde tagelang erzählt, das Paket sei unterwegs, aber man könne mir keine Sendungsnummer geben. Das Tracking bewies später, dass ich schlichtweg angelogen wurde.
2. Minderwertige Qualität: Als das Paket endlich (viel zu spät) ankam, folgte der nächste Schock. Die Qualität ist extrem billig und den Preis absolut nicht wert.
3. Konstruktionsfehler: Die beigelegten Geschenke sind viel zu groß für die Kalenderfächer. Man merkt, dass hier einfach nur schnell Geld verdient werden wollte, ohne auf die Qualität oder die Umsetzung zu achten.
Sparen Sie sich das Geld und den Ärger. Es ist traurig zu sehen, wie hier mit Kunden umgegangen wird."

On January 24th 2026, I chose to trust this company to buy a Ramadan advent calendar for my wife. My wife is a revert, and the thought of the Ramadan advent calendar would’ve been a nice gesture - so I put through my cart, and paid online. Ramadan was due to start 18-19th Feb - so that’s approx 3 and half week prior to Ramadan starting..
after 2 weeks, I had to contact them, and email them asking where my items were. They replied with a lame story of items getting stuck in customs etc, but at the same time an email saying their inventory was incorrect vs their online stock - which was conflicting information and response enough.
Someone messaged me via WhatsApp, apologising and thanking me for my patience whilst they investigated further.
Few days passed, and they said the item got stuck in customs and they’d be happy to ship another (not offered any compensation or understanding of my frustration) and highlighted the delivery would be FREE OF CHARGE - meaning their P&P which costed £6 - they would pay for, for an item I paid £56 for, which I hadn’t received yet - absolute joke.
Nevertheless, idiotically I trusted and waited..

I received an email on 26th of Feb claiming - ‘due to high demand there have been delays to orders and your item have not been shipped yet’.
I don’t lose my cool often but I was like WTF!
I screen shot the email and messaged the customer care team that messaged me on WhatsApp, asking them what is going on, and how has this order not been shipped, when clearly the last conversation with them was saying that they had shipped my order?!
I demanded for a refund, and I made clear that I will be giving this feedback..
they responded literally in 2 mins, and processed the refund right away…
Which tells me that they were expecting me to do that - because they knew they could not fulfil more orders due to their incompetence of running a business and potentially lack of stock.

I truly praise people that run business, and although things can go wrong, it is KEY PARAMOUNT OF IMPORTANCE to be HONEST to the customer.
Honesty was not the key point for Deen International. Nor did they seem to care of the genuine disappointment I had. In Ramadan, to be let down by a business that I am sure is making decent amount of profit, to be made out as liars, and dishonest people.
Truly is a disappointment.
I will not be buying from these people again. And I truly recommend anyone reading this avoid this company like a plague. There are better companies out there that offer these type of products they sale, even for Ramadan!

Fraudulent company tells you one thing on instagram and another thing by mail. Don’t buy anything from them. Waited over a month for my packadge that they claim has been sent twice on instagram and then it’s almost there by email. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Ik heb 2 Ramadan advent kalenders besteld. De verzending duurde langer als verwacht, maar ik kreeg hier netjes een WhatsApp bericht over. Ze zouden me extra cadeautjes erbij doen voor het ongemak. Ik heb gisteren mijn bestelling ontvangen, na 5 weken te wachten. Op zich geen probleem, want het was nog op tijd voor de Ramadan. Echter toen ik het pakje opende, zag ik dat geen enkel cadeau erin zat zoals beschreven was op hun webshop. Ik heb 7 tasbih ontvangen, 8 digitale tellers die NIET EENS WERKEN, en vanal prul wat niets te maken heeft met de islam. Mini boekjes van Harry Potter die ik met 50 vergrootglazen moet gaan lezen.... Slaat nergens op! Ik heb hun via WhatsApp een bericht gestuurd, ze hebben deze geopend en gelezen. Tot nu toe geen reactie, maar denk dat ik die ook niet zal krijgen. Bij deze, ik raad deze webshop NIET AAN.
