I couldn't be happier with the service. Two guys came to clean my kitchen after the previous tenants had left it in an absolute state, and the difference is unbelievable.

They arrived on time, were polite and friendly throughout, and worked incredibly hard from start to finish. They paid attention to all the little details and didn't cut any corners. The kitchen now looks spotless and feels like a completely different room.

I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, hardworking cleaning company. Thanks again for all your hard work!

Absolute blatant scam. Booked a cleaning for the 6th of December gone. I booked it for 1pm. At 1.30pm I contacted them asking why nobody has arrived. They claimed my cleaning crew got into a bad car crash on the way to me. Seemed very unrealistic and they failed to provide any proof of said accident. I asked for a refund of my £50 deposit. They claimed they couldn’t do this right away as their payment team wasn’t working. I was assured it would be transferred back to me Monday morning. I’ve had zero contact or refund from them. They don’t answer calls, WhatsApp messages or emails. They’ve obviously scammed me out of this deposit and are absolutely shocking. Avoid them at all costs!!

What’s even more scary is they tried to make me pay the whole £150 for the clean up front. When I refused they suggested a £50 deposit. So they actually tried to scam me out of £150 instead. Run for the hills and never use!!

I rang Deep Clean and asked to have my flat cleaned to get ready for the festive season. I requested the following...
1. Deep clean of Kitchen Oven
2. Steam clean the Sofa
3. Steam clean the mattress.
4. Steam clean the carpet in the bedroom.
5. flat to be cleaned - paying attention to the bathroom, windows, blinds and all glass surfaces.

I gave my keys to Deep Clean and left whilst they got on with the job. Now nothing makes me more happier than a clean house and when I came home it was as if the flat was back to the standards as when we had it refurbished and new. I was over the moon and very greatful and Vahid and his team just went above and beyond - to the sparkling new oven to the fluffy vibrant carpets - I was very impressed.

Use Deep Clean - they are very good and very well priced!

Deep Clean came and cleaned by carpets and rugs efficiently and effectively. I am very pleased with the results and it was good value.
