Charged for Pro Plan Without My Knowledge – Requesting Cancellation and Refund
DeepLearning.AI charged my card for the Pro plan without my approval or any prior notification. I don’t recall starting any subscription, and I did not receive any reminder or warning before the payment was taken. I was really surprised and disappointed when I noticed the charge.
I do not accept this payment, and I am requesting an immediate cancellation of the subscription and a full refund. I have contacted customer support, but I haven’t received a clear resolution yet.
Charging users without proper notice seriously damages the customer experience. I expect my refund process to be completed as soon as possible.
