I love this company. I first became interested because of all of the free content Richard M. posts on the TraderLion YouTube channel. The content is genuinely high-quality and seems to be aimed at building the trading community rather than promoting their company. I'm now using Deepvue and they are a phenomenal team. Great training/support resources. When something goes wrong, they care to fix it. Their training library is awesome, too. I've now consolidated systems from three other platforms into this one. Highly recommend for momentum traders and CANSLIM investors.

It's really awsm 10 on 10 for scanning stocks, Charting is also awsm. New AI console for quick research is really helpful.

Overly complicated. What could be very simple they seem to make difficult

When the service works it's very good but it has too many outages, especially at the weekend when many are getting ready for the coming week. Customer service lately has been poor. I reported a screening problem 5 days ago and still haven't had a response and I'm still having the same problem.
TradingView is not quite as easy to use but is always available and working.

I want to highlight superb customer service. The app is nice enough. I have a subscription ongoing, annually. I was renewed during the black friday sale. I wrote to them requesting to refund me the difference between the standard price I was charged and the sale price. Decent amount, and they promptly provided the refund without any back and forth. They went beyond what they had to, and I appreciate that.
