Arrived safely thank you very nicely packaged the ice was still rock hard.I haven’t eaten any of it yet will let you know when I have. loooking forward to it .

There were delivery issues, but regular and detailed updates by email, together with prompt replies to questions maintained the same administrative and communication standards that I associate with the venison itself - all aspects of this company are excellent from a repeat customer's perspective.

Deer Box offer a really good choice of venison. Because we have always found their range tasty and tender and the packaging is excellent, it all adds up to real value for money.

The order arrived very promptly, although the packaging had been damaged. I did not realise that the meat would come frozen. The amount of frozen wrapping had hardly started to thaw, so I think sending out fresh meat would not be a problem. I had intended to cut one of the joints in two, but I will have to think of a way round this. I look forward to tasting the meat.

Easy to order from website, which is very clear and well laid out. The order came a day earlier than expected. It was well packed and was still frozen when I came to unpack it at the end of the day. Had the burgers that evening which were moist, well flavoured and delicious.
