I am appalled at the disrespect and inability to provide me, the customer with all assets needed to actually create the webpage.

With two different web developers on two different projects, both explained to me how multiple assets were missing from the confusing list of folders provided by Deer Designer who had no issue with taking my money but being unable to hold up their end of the bargain.

And, instead of just providing me with the missing assets, I was instead told that I should have known what was missing and requested it when the design was done.

If you do decide to do business with this service which is not at all worth the money, just understand that they are not as good as they claim they are, and make 100% sure that you have everything you need once they finally deliver something to you.

Update to the response from Deer Designer: They claim they went above and beyond for me, yet as retaliation for leaving this review, they deleted my account and all designs they made were immediately removed so unless I already saved them I no longer have access.

And as far as "pausing" your subscription goes, it was a mistake on your teams side which they attempted to take advantage of to force me to pay another month. Its only after I called them out on the issue, that they paused the subscription.

I was also surprised that you went out of your way to disrespect me by refusing to add the assets that you failed to provide in the first place, and instead forced me to leave a review and hopefully prevent someone else from having these issues.

We're a small product studio focused on working with early-stage startups. We consistently need visual design help, and Deer Designer allows us to meet the demands of so many different startups. Affordable. Communicative. High-quality.

Hands down, Deer Designer is the best investment that I've ever made for my business. AMAZINGLY, EXTREMELY TALENTED, excellent communication, quick, prompt, PRISINE designs. No other service comes close (and I've tried many). I love them.

Deer Designer have been amazing. Received multiple versions (colour and design) with every request with a quick turnaround and nine times out of ten, they provide exactly what I’m looking for first time with minimal brief needed.

Beautiful designs, clear communication and genuine people make Deer Designer a real pleasure to work with. I can even pause the subscription when there are no design projects lined up, or if client payments are late. Highly recommended!

You know what makes deer designer feel warm and fuzzy inside?

That they actually listen to me and get things done right in one go. No bull, no nothing. It's like the gentle deer, they listen carefully.
