Having bought products as gifts (whipped body butter) at Greenwich Market a few weeks ago, but living in the north of Scotland, I ordered some more by post.
The first package arrived with one of the two jars broken and unusable.
I emailed Dee Rose, with a photo of the broken jar, and within a couple of days she sent an apology and replacement. No fuss, no debate, and the replacement has arrived safely.

I walked to a stall once which was a part of a market place at the O2. I found these Deerose products which was fantastic and it was everything I loved. I ordered the lemongrass Shea butter and it was at my house in less than 48hours. All of the other stores I have ordered from took so long to deliver and all at inconsistent lengths of time, which is annoying when you have run out of your favourite products.
