I recently had lip filler and 3 areas of Botox, and I’m really happy with the results. I absolutely love the shape of my lips already and can’t wait to see the final look once everything has fully healed.

I was quite nervous about having my lips done again due to a bad experience elsewhere, but Charlie was so gentle, reassuring, and professional throughout the whole process, which really put me at ease.

Charlie is a master at what she does. I often go to the clinic and ask for her advice on what treatments she thinks would work well for me based on how I am feeling and what I’m wanting to achieve, Charlie always offers the best solutions for me and importantly, tells me what I don’t need or wouldn’t work which gives me comfort in that she genuinely cares about the outcome rather than making money. I have been going to Charlie for some years now and would not go anywhere else– highly recommended to anyone looking for a practitioner who genuinely cares about her clients and gives fantastic results.

What can I say, absolute master at her work. I had botox done 2 weeks ago and am really happy with the results and price. I visted today for lip filler due to fine lines around my lips. I was a little apprehensive but charlie put me at ease and I absolutely love them already! They take years off me and I can see me returning for more tweekments! Feeling fabulous thankyou x

Charlie is an outstanding practitioner. I’ve had treatments here before and been very happy with the results, aftercare and whole experience.

Following significant and rapid weight loss my face became what I can only describe as droopy. I wanted fillers a lot earlier but Charlie was adamant I should wait- which I’m glad I did (it could have been easy to just take my money I guess, but this is why I have so much respect for Charlie).

The big day finally arrived and I was so excited. I let Charlie take the lead balancing her professional and artistic license and was guided through her recommendations and what the procedure would entail. I felt comfortable and confident. The results are amazing, even the way the light bounces off my face enhances my appearance. I feel ten years younger and back to being the person I was meant to be. There’s something really special about Charlie. I’m so pleased I trusted her.

Charlie has checked in with me post procedure above and beyond the 2 week follow up.

Charlie refused to take responsibility after I reached out twice to address the issue she caused, and she blocked me. If anyone wants proof of my experience, feel free to contact me. I wouldn’t wish this treatment on anyone.

I booked a tear trough filler appointment but was advised to get cheek fillers instead. The cheek fillers didn’t resolve the hollowness under my eyes, my eye appeared worse and my cheeks are also uneven.

Charlie made an adjustment, but the hollowness remained and the uneven cheeks worsened. When I contacted her to discuss further options, she insisted the results were satisfactory, suggested I see another practitioner with more solutions, and claimed I paid a discounted rate, which wasn’t true.

While her lip filler work was adequate, I wouldn’t recommend her. If issues arise, she may block you.
As for hollow eye treatment, consider seeking another practitioner, as she suggested i did after her unsatisfactory work.

I’m heartbroken, as I never wanted cheek fillers and now have uneven results—one side higher than the other—with worsened hollow eyes. They need dissolving but im seeking legal advice beforehand.

I had a really positive experience with the treatments I received. The clinic was warm and welcoming, with a calm atmosphere that made me feel at ease straight away. It was also extremely clean and hygienic, which really stood out.

Charlie, the practitioner, was excellent from start to finish. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and tailored the treatment to suit my desired outcome of natural looking tweakments. Her approach was both efficient and thorough, and I felt completely confident in her care. The results were subtle, exactly as I’d hoped ,enhancing rather than changing my features. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for thoughtful, high quality treatment in a professional and friendly environment.

After being botched by another practitioner, it took me over a year to build up the courage to see another one.
I found Charlie on insta and stalked her page and images for a good few months before plucking up the courage to book an appointment.
When I got there, Charlie was fab! She made me feel so comfortable and knew exactly what to do to fix my issues. I came out of her salon on cloud nine. Since then I have never looked back and visited on multiple occasions and even recommended her to friends!
She absolutely knows what she is doing and is fantastic at it! I would never go anywhere else now!

Absolutely delighted with my recent treatments 3 areas anti wrinkle and 1ml of filler. I have been coming to Charlie for two years and have had various treatments. She is very experienced and very knowledgeable I'm a lady in my late 50s and the treatments are so natural looking .Charlie is very talented friendly lady and I'm so glad I found her .

Charlie is excellent, Quality of the products is amazing.

I have been visiting Charlie's clinic for a fair while now and I cannot recommend her enough, I've been to other clinics and the products and service haven't been great however, with Charlie I haven't had any issues all treatments and products have been spot on and long lasting Charlie knows what she is doing this shows

Charlie is amazing and is excellent at her job. I can highly recommend

I made an appointment for botox but changed my mind. I canceled it nearly three weeks before the appointment was due. I messaged a couple times asking about the refund, the messages were read but no reply.

I left a review highlighting this and the owner responded by saying she had no booking or messages from me. She then accused me of sabotaging her business. She said she would refund me if I deleted my review. When I refused to do so she made a second appointment to charge my card again.

She also keeps changing her story - first she didn't have the booking, then she was on holiday so was unable to do anything, then she said she didn't know how to a refund. She has repeatedly accused me of trying to sabotage her business and said I am jealous of her.

My bank and police are now involved so hopefully this gets me my money back. The bank said they had to cancel my card and send a new one, which is obviously hugely inconvenient. I would think twice about giving her your details.
