Save your money! They say they shipped your order but it never arrives then they say “ wait for it to arrive to request a refund” what? Tracking reports it’s been in Cleveland OH since 3/24/26. I am awaiting arrival or refund in California and placed the order 2/24/26! Don’t order from them!

I ordered magnetic box labels beginning of December and still have not received my order. Supposedly in Whitehorse after clearing customs. Have contacted and always get an excuse.

I finally received my order today.

I ordered a Christmas Projector on 11/29 and I never received it to date. The company is a scam and I will never order through Instagram ads again, after my experience.

Avoid this company at all costs! Ordered early November still not received. Keep being told to be patient! Parcel allegedly been in UK since early December.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! After 5 emails they still refused to refund me and send me a shipping label for a product that is not the right size for my tool box. They kept going back and forth offering me a $2 credit on a $40 item, what a freakin rip off! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! SCAMMERS! LIARS and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Some how the Item I ordered to be delivered to Athens Ohio ended up in Athens Greece. Email to the company gave me a useless AI generated generic BS response. You can't trust a company that uses a computer to answer the e-mails.

I placed an order for magnetic tool box labels on 11/2/25. Today is 12/4/25 and I still do not have what I ordered. Their website states they ship fast within 2-5 business days but I’m not to sure. Be aware when ordering from this company.

From ordering to delivery, I was kept fully informed of the status of the shipping.
When my endoscope camera arrived I was disappointed that it didn't work so I immediately shot off a complaint. I got an immediate reply and a replacement camera was sent the next day.
A couple of days later I installed the software on another phone and found that it actually worked!
I contacted the customer support to cancel the replacement camera but there was a communication error and they thought I was still unhappy and offered me a partial refund (on top of the two cameras I ended up with!).
I couldn't be happier with the customer service.
I should also say that the phone it didn't work on is an Oppo A38, so if that's what you've got, don't buy one of these endoscope cameras!

Got this item, and Im seriously impressed. Packaging was solid, ensuring everything arrived pristine. Quality is evident, and functionality met expectations. Definitely a worthwhile addition to anyone needing reliable hardware.

I bought an egg cracker and it arrived damaged. I asked for refund and they offered me $3 compensation. I will be contacting my credit card company to arrange a chargeback. I would not recommend ordering from these people.

It works for day or night. Sleeves are a bit tighter than I would like.

I bought these for my daughter. I got her a medium, she's about 5' tall 130lbs. These fit her perfectly. She says they are cozy and loves them.
