Competitive pricing and fast shipping. There was a small error on a recent order and it was corrected and resolved quickly in a way that made everyone happy. Only recently started buying Goldbacks and all but one order has come from DTG.

This was my first time ordering from OTG. And it was amazing. Easy to order and everything I was looking for was in stock and the prices were the best I could find. They let me know when my order was shipped. And when to expect it. They also sent a email letting me know it was delivered. I will definitely be ordering from them again ! Thanks again !

I have been buying from DFG for over six years. Their service is fast shipping is fast never have I had a problem period it's been all good.

I’ve ordered from DTG multiple times and their prices are consistently competitive, often the best I’ve found for Goldbacks and fractional silver. Inventory on gold is limited, though.
My most recent preorder (Idaho Goldbacks) was disappointing. I called after placing the order to upgrade to 1–2 day shipping and paid $32 for it. I was assured the change was noted. On shipment, it went out with standard 7 day shipping instead.
Customer service responded quickly but offered no explanation or apology, just a refund of the shipping fee. I’ll likely order again and still recommend them for pricing, but the customer service here missed the mark.

DTG is definitely a reliable vendor. I will continue to purchase goldbacks from them. I had an issue with the post office delivering my package to the wrong address. DTG had immediate and accurate communication that helped me resolve this with the post office. The post office gave me the info that DTG asked for almost immediately. DTG then resent the order on the same day. They actually contacted me within an hour to keep me informed. I would like to express my gratitude for the awesome DTG support. Besides their awesome support, their prices are very fair and their packaging is outstanding.

We first started our precious metals journey with DFG June of 2023 along with another (un-named) dealer. DFG was excellent to work with and had great advice. Our portfolio has tripled and we are going use them again. DFG is a small family business that want to educate others in precious metals and has the lowest fees of all the other dealers (I've checked). Their buy-back program is super easy and very fair. I have switched custodians and will use DFG to fund my trust with precious metals and coins. And, if you haven't heard of GOLDBACK currency, you are missing out. I have had excellent experiences paying with these (gold infused) notes. Their value has almost tripled and are a great way to barter with businesses. Be a smart investor & go with DFG, they can't be beat. They are fair, honest & great to work with!

So here I go, being honest and sincere and very straightforward -

This guy Koda is a very rude and disrespectful business operator, or whatever he considers himself. Not only did they lose my order but then did not proceed to answer my emails after taking the money from my credit card. I had to email two times before getting an answer just to be told that they never received the order. However, remember, they took the money.

After having my initial conversation with him on the phone he proceeded to be very mouthy and disrespectful. Making demeaning comments and then following up with " make sense" ? Like I'm some kind of knit wit. He repeated this comment numerous times to me after talking to me like I was a child. He continuously tried to talk over top of me when I tried to make my complaint. And in the end still insisted that they never received my order. This guy is running a business out of his basement and clearly doesn't have the first clue about business. I have been in the customer service industry for over 40 years, this is not how you treat your customers, the people that are supporting your business.

Stay clear, there's better places to buy your products.

I took advantage of the free 1/2 goldback promotion this business offers and was really impressed that there were actually no strings attached. Rarely is anything in life truly free. But I received the 1/2 goldback in the expected timeframe and haven't gotten any sales calls / emails that usually come along with this type of promotion.

Would buy PMs from this business based on that experience.
