An Excellent Service From the first automated call
From the first automated call, everything was straightforward. Got back to me quickly, requesting photos of the issue with my toilet cisterns.
The whole job was completed in two short visits. Extremely helpful and friendly.
I was kept regularly updated with arrival times including options if not convenient. All work done efficiently and professionally.
Will definitely be using them again.

Boiler service in a hurry
I needed a gas boiler service in a hurry as I'm selling my property. I contacted Del Brace and he kindly fit me in at short notice. The service was undertaken by Jerome who was kind and utterly professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to other people.

Del brace plumbing are excellent,
they have just serviced an air heat pump for me, very polite and arrived on time with great e mail and text reminders, and invoice and receipts electronically
Great they do a service plan, with priority call out which is so handy .
Will definitely be using this firm in future and highly recommend.

Boiler service
I received a reminder that my service was due and I used their online booking system. I had a text to say that the technician was on his way. He arrived on time, was very pleasant and carried out the service very efficiently. He checked that the boiler was working correctly and if anything else was needed. I received a text the following day to double check that all was well.

New boiler fitting
From beginning to end Del made the process simple, fast and efficient. The new boiler was ordered and fitted within a few days. Del kept us up to date throughout. He even cleaned up so you wouldn’t know he’d been there! Would certain use again and would recommend.

Exceptional from start to finish !
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Del Brace Plumbing and Heating.
On Thursday afternoon our 20 year old boiler finally gave up and we had no heating or hot water. Del and Jerome came to assess the situation the same afternoon. Del was not pushy at all and was prepared replace parts to extend the boilers life hence avoiding the expense of a new boiler in the short term.
We decided to replace it to avoid future problems. Del and Jerome managed to get it going enough for us to have hot water through the weekend and, incredibly, by Monday afternoon we had a fully functional new boiler !!
Del and Jerome were personable, professional, efficient and tidy. They managed to fit us in at short notice,turned up when they said they would and the whole process was seamless.

Prompt & Professional service
My oil boiler broke down, meaning no central heating nor hot water. Del very kindly adjusted his work schedule and came over the following day, removed the old boiler, procured and installed the new boiler, and we had hot water and heating by late afternoon. Excellent response, very professional work by Del and Jerome, I’d highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Del Brace and would definitely recommend them. The online booking system is incredibly easy to use and makes the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Communication is excellent — it’s easy to get in touch, and responses are always prompt and helpful.
One standout feature is the AI receptionist, which is genuinely useful and efficient. It makes managing appointments and queries quick and convenient without any delays.
The staff are polite, knowledgeable, and clearly know what they’re doing, which gives a lot of confidence in the service. Everything is also kept clean and tidy, which adds to the overall professional feel.
