Gift for Psoriasis sufferer
The items were bought for a friend with psoriasis. I haven't given them to him yet. All I can say is that they came quickly and were well packed. The items are bigger than i expected so goid value for money.

I love the products
I love the products. I have used the Scalp-Eaze balm, which I think I only used a few times before my scalp wasn't flakey anymore. I have used the shampoo, conditioner and the hair oil and have just bought the mist. I went back to using a regular off the shelf shampoo and found my scalp was itchy and I had to wash my hair more regularly. I won't be going back now. My hair is more shiny, and feels healthier too. The order always comes quickly too.

They smell great, they feel premium, and they are packaged beautifully, so could absolutely be gifted. Their prices are reasonable, and delivery has always been quick. I would absolutely recommend!

I have used your oil and shampoo they…
I have used your oil and shampoo they seem great . I am still to wait and see if i can see a difference in my hair after i have used the product more. I only find the pivet on the oil a bit flimsy and does not suction the oil out that well comparing it to other oil i have used with that type of suction . Overall the oil is has a nice texture and pakaging seem nice.

International customers
I placed an international order on April 5 for a bulk order. As soon as I placed it, I noticed I needed to make adjustments and tried to cancel the order immediately after. I could not find an option to cancel my order which was a shame after paying a lot just for shipping and customs. I reached out to the team 30 minutes due to not being able to cancel the order on my side. The next day not even 24 hours after, they told me that they are unable to cancel and have no choice but to accept the order even though I wanted to order more items but not spend that hefty shipping price as we are responsible for that cost which is okay for me. The problem is that if the business is going to make the customer responsible for shipping and return costs then the customer should have the power to cancel the order when it has not even been shipped out yet. I understand that multiple companies use the fulfillment center but if a brand is going to make the customer responsible for customs and shipping which is not cheap then they should have the power to cancel the order and get their money back. I love this brand and always buy multiple products for my entire family as the products are definitely top tier and made with the best quality but the logistics need to be tighter so that international customers are able to get their money back if they need as we basically have no choice but to accept it. Even if we want to return it, it's an extra charge on us when we can just cancel the order in a timely manner so that it avoids that additional step.
