I booked a job through the site with tlrec who was excellent. Job went very smooth updates always provided and found everything pretty straight forward. I will certainly be keeping it in my tool box for when I need another vehicle towed.

Used this site to engage a transport of our classic car to a family member’s garage 9 miles away. I quickly received a number of quotes and was able to identify a couple of candidates based on cost. The site allows you to view details of each contender to help you make your choice. My only criticism is that the site is not as easy to navigate on a mobile as it is on a PC, I had difficulty leaving my feedback until I switched to doing it on the PC.

Glad I found these guys, easy to use and will agree with other 5 star comments on here.

I found a car that I wanted but was in Sussex which isn't handy as I'm in Devon. After agreeing a deal with the garage they quoted for delivery and that wasn't cheap. I happened upon Delivermymotor and put the details in. I only received two quotes but both were cheaper than the garage. After looking at the reviews I went with the cheapest on. When you accept you pay Delivermymotor's fee which was surprisingly large (nearly 20%), you then get to have the delivery drivers contact details. All in all it worked out well and I got my car for a decent price

I am not a great internet user but I found this site very simple and straight forward. Booking process was easy. Job was done to a satisfactory level. Happy with the process and recommend.

I asked for next day collection and delivery,it was promised and delivered.
Emily was very friendly and efficient taking control of the transaction from beginning to end.
I am extremely happy with the way they organised everything , it made the transportation of my new bike very easy and totally stress free.
The driver was very polite,helpful and professional.
I wouldn't hesitate in using or recommending them again.

having just bought my first car i was a bit nervous and unsure about using a site like this to have it delivered sadly it was at the bottom of the uk! i booked with one of their contractors who brought my new car over 450 miles to me in the same week i was updated every step of the way and must say it was overall outstanding service and chris was perfect i really appreciate you helping me with this and would give you 6 stars if i could

Its clearly one person managment company and they cant cope with the works. Most of the jobs posted are fake or long gone and they just keep hanging there to look busy. They claim they are not shiply but yes they are worse.
The idea is good but person behind it utterly unprofessional.

Website was very easy to use booked my job was done the same week by Richard. Kept updated all the way and felt safe from the start to finish. Spot on.

A company was found to tow my car through this site but I was totally unaware I had to pay £30 for it , I would’ve search somewhere local if I had known.

I contacted a few companies but could not get the answers I wanted. While I was searching on the internet, I came across it and entered my information and was matched with the most suitable transportation company. Great service - impeccable service.

As a previous reviewer has alluded to, this company don't appear to like paying refunds. A merchant sourced through their platform let me down repeatedly and so I requested a refund from DeliverMyMotor, specifically to my original method of payment.

They ignored my request (having, predictably, not even bothered to apologise for the circumstances that led to me having to request the refund in the first place), and instead issued me with a credit for the site. I asked for this to be withdrawn and for a proper refund to be issued. This request was ignored, and so I followed it up with a further request, and an explanation that I would seek restitution through my bank if it was not forthcoming from them.

Their response? They blocked and closed down my account, accused me of fraud (the mind boggles) and aggressively threatened to send my details to a national fraud register. Perhaps they were anticipating what I was considering having to do, and so thought they would try to achieve some sort of puerile counter-accusation first.

I have now obtained a refund, having lodged a complaint via my bank, but I can only reflect on how odd, sad and unprofessional DeliverMyMotor are.

There are plenty of similar, but more professional and reputable companies, offering an identical service - my advice would be to steer clear of these insecure shysters, and opt for one of their more superior competitors.

EDIT - The shameless owner, who uses different aliases across his social media accounts, (tells it's own story!), made 9 edits of his response in the space of ten mins, ranging from the downright abusive to the downright untrue. Have a look at some of the other negative reviews and you'll see that this is how he operates when confronted with true and accurate reviews - threats, lies and panic!
